We spent a very enjoyable week in Valerie's apartment. She and her husband welcomed us at the door even though our flight was delayed. A gift of brioche , orange juice and a locally produced aperitif was a nice touch. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything one could possibly need. it was really quiet in spite of being on the Quai which is a hive of activity. She replied to any communication within minutes. Highly recommended.

A very nice apartment with a view of the harbor entrance - located between the Ketten and Laternenturm. The accommodation is located in a beautiful old house made of white limestone. The apartment was well ventilated by many skylights and the slopes make the apartment very charming. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a beach is 5 minutes away and the city center of La Rochelle is also a few minutes away. We arrived by train and did a lot on foot or by rental bike. The accommodation is also within walking distance of the train station.

Very nice, excellent stay

Anthony and Virginie offer a BEAUTIFUL and FUNCTIONAL accommodation. The master suite is a big plus. Everything is tastefully decorated, everything is impeccable and looks new! Located right next to a pedestrian street, it is very easy to walk from the doorstep. Responsive and flexible, Anthony and Virginie allowed us to arrive and leave at times that were favorable to us! Nothing to say, everything was perfect, thank you for everything.

This is a beautiful place to stay on the banks of the Charente which we enjoyed from the canoe but just loved seeing it flowing along edging the grounds. We came on the train which is a very easy journey from Paris to Jarnac. It is then less than an hours walk along the cycle path or quicker along the very quiet road. The market in Jarnac is excellent and there’s some nice cafes and bars. In Bourg Charente itself the bar tabac sells morning baguette and croissants, especially good to put an order in the day before. Also in the village La Ribaudiere restaurant was absolutely amazing and an experience not to be missed. So this is a great place to stay if you are car free like us but bicycles really help too especially with direct access to the 400 km path La Flow Velo. Lots of fun! Thanks to Andrea and Dominic.

Large and beautiful Charentaise house with swimming pool and barbecue with many advantages, games room, 5 spacious bedrooms, pleasant living room for 12 people. Secure outdoor parking for 3 vehicles.

An excellent stay with a very warm welcome in a very well located house a few minutes from Cognac. All the necessary amenities for a few days, a superb fireplace in case of cold. Beautiful and recommended!

Marion is an extremely kind person, focused on the well-being of the client. We loved the house, everyone has their own room with their own bathroom, which allows each person in due time to be either in a group or alone to rest, take a nap or read. Heaven. I recommend this place without moderation and we plan to return!

We rented this accommodation for our wedding celebration. An exceptional place that perfectly matched our needs: spacious, welcoming, accessible, functional, safe for children because it is fenced... In short, if you have an event to celebrate or any other type of gathering, go there with your eyes closed, this place will be beyond your expectations once you get there :) We also want to highlight the availability of Dylan who is very accessible with a very professional and understanding attitude towards our wedding. Very quiet for the studio. For those who love walking, I've been spoiled. Xavier is responsive and helped me a lot. Good restaurants.

The apartment is in a great location we rented for our 3-day weekend and we did everything on foot! The parking space is a big plus we highly recommend Maryse and her property!
