Coutras SNCF train station (trains 31 min from Bordeaux) is only 3 km away, as well as the nearest supermarket, and the A89 highway is 5 minutes away And by car, the beautiful city of Bergerac is 40 minutes away, and 15 minutes from the unmissable village of St Emilion and the beautiful city of Libourne. Studio close to all amenities. Quiet, on the 1st floor of a 2-unit building. The studio overlooks the inner courtyard. Recently renovated, you will find a fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, filter coffee maker, top fridge with freezer...), a main room with a sofa bed (160 x 200), a table, 4 chairs, Smart TV, storage, wifi. 1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, 4 km from Cercoux, on the edge of the woods in this nice little fully equipped studio (independent entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc.) and all the linen, you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.
