Vacation home in Rio Caldo - Gerês - Portugal

Enjoy time with your beloved ones and the nature that surrounds you. Our house is equipped with what we consider to be necessary to spend a couple of days in the area. It has a beautiful view to the lake and it is located near restaurants and bars, small mini market and ATM. Water activities, hiking to beautiful territories and unique waterfalls are some of the activities that expects you. Please consider the check-in timings. Casa do Charco is equipped with central heating, a fireplace and features a kitchen, TV, 1 bedroom and a bathroom Its privileged location, in the Peneda-Gerês National Park, allows you to enjoy the typical landscape of the Alto Minho interior, of great natural beauty, located in the Picturesque Village and Raiana de Lindoso, where you can visit the well-known Lindoso Castle, a set of typical granaries and the Albufeira do Alto Lindoso, one of the largest in the Iberian Peninsula.

Located in one of the gates of the National Park of Peneda Gerês, on the left slope of Albufeira da Caniçada, ideal place to visit several points of tourist interest in the center of Gerês, such as waterfalls, dams, mountains, lagoons, hiking,… This property has air conditioning for heating and or cooling, free wifi. Next to the house and separated there is a space with private barbecue only for this accommodation. The parking lot is at the door and the entrance is private.

Refúgio das Poldras (Poldras Refuge)

Refúgio das Poldras is located in Vilar de Viando, right on the banks of the Cabril River, one of the cleanest rivers in the region. Excellent for bathing, swimming, or simply walking along more than 2 km of the Cabril River. It is located about 2 km from the center of the village if you want to walk along the Roman road. The bungalow features a double bed with a unique view of the river, a kitchenette for light meals, a bathroom with shower, and a suspended deck.

The stairs to the bedroom are steep and not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.
