This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. In the winter months, bring your snowmobiles to enjoy direct access to hundreds of miles of marked and groomed snowmobile trails including nearby Letchworth State Park.

Our cozy cabin is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom that is perfect for a romantic getaway. Tucked back in the woods, it is the perfect place to unwind for the night. Our cabin is equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, kitchen, TV, AC, heat, and large living room. Our deck has a outdoor kitchen with a fridge, grill and a fireplace. The view that is offered at our cabin is like no other. This cabin is on the same property as a working horse farm. We also offer guided horseback rides to the public.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only
