Eastburn Cottage was created from our lovingly converted 200 year old cartshed. On 13 acres of grounds accessed via a 400 metre track, Braeside Farm is tranquil yet a 10-15 minute drive to St Andrews and less than an hour from Edinburgh Airport. Eastburn is a 2 bedroom cottage (the one on the right) with a kitchen and living room upstairs and a master bedroom (en suite) and smaller bedroom (with a triple bunk bed), bathroom and WC downstairs. Front door is at the top of the steps in the gable.

This 1830s charming cottage has a front and back garden with stunning sea views. It's a short wander to the beach. Enjoy the large fully enclosed gardens while looking at the sea. We have just completed new interiors, with 2 bedrooms both with king-sized beds (UK) and soft white sheets throughout. A Nespresso coffee machine, hardwood floors, mini barbecue, and local art on the walls allow you to indulge in a seaside cottage with the feel of a hotel. We have parking on site.

Ground floor cosy self catering flat in the beautiful fishing village of St Monans. There is a wood burning stove, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine ,fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven. The bathroom has a deep bath with an over bath shower and to keep your feet cosy under floor heating and a heated towel rail. Sitting right on the coastal path in the picturesque coastal village of St Monans. Perfect spot to explore this quaint little village and the surrounding villages of the East Neuk of Fife. Close to St Andrews, and also easy to travel to Dundee and Edinburgh.
