Close to all shops (less than 2 minutes walk), between city and countryside. The accommodation: Living room with sofa bed (2 places) TV and dressing room. Equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster... Bedroom with double bed (140 x 190), memory foam mattress, dressing room and desk. Bathroom in the bedroom.

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Il est proche de la gare Part-Dieu, de Perrache, de la place Bellecour et très bien desservi (tramway, métro et bus à 7-10 min). Tout confort : chambre climatisée, Wifi (fibre optique), lave linge, TV (Netflix et Chromecast), frigo, four, micro-onde, cuisson induction 3 feux, machine nespresso, bouilloire, sèche-cheveux, table et fer à repasser, coffre fort. Linge de maison fourni.

La terrasse aménagée (table, chaises et assises détente) est parfaite pour profiter de l’extérieur. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont fournis. Situé à 10 minutes de Lyon en transports, quartier agréable et bien desservi.
