About 1k sq foot new and tastefully furnished basement apartment with lighted private outdoor entrance on five acre park like setting. Full kitchen and laundry in unit. Brightly lit with 6 foot wide full glass panel French doors and bathroom glass block window provide lots of sunshine. No smoking inside or outside. No parties. Three very friendly German shepherds on grounds who love to play. About 2 minutes from Creation Museum. 42 to Ark Encounter, 20 to Reds, Bengals and FC CINCY stadiums.
