Everything is in a walking distance, the promenade 20 m, children's playground 60 m, restaurant 60 m, center 250 m, supermarket 350 m. It is in a ground floor with fenced terrace and pets friendly. It has a large comfortable bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom, covered terrace, private parking.

My place is close to the beach (20 meter), nightlife ( coctail bar, night club...), and family-friendly activities (waterpark, boat rent, excursions, park for kids...). You'll love my place because of the location, the people, the outdoors space, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
