Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Ovaj jedinstveni novoizgrađeni smještaj nalazi se u selu Vrh na otoku Krku, 5 km od starog grada te svih potrebnih sadržaja. Iz vile se pruža pogled na Velebit, zelenilo šume, a iz dvije sobe vidi se i more. Prikladna je za boravak tijekom cijele godine s obzirom da ima unutarnji bazen, saunu i "whirlpool".

The house Casa di Campagna is located in a quiet private property surrounded by mediterranean landscape with its herbs and scents. There are no other buildings or roads nearby so you can only hear the birds singing and find the peace lost in everyday life. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and an additional bed, a room with a sofa bed, bathroom, spacious kitchen and dining area connected with terrace and covered grill/barbecue, private parking.

Guests can enjoy fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen, living area, indoor sauna, outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor heated pool with sunbath area.
