Cabane du Silon

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement confortable pour séjours courts ou longs. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société, pêcher ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble). Petit déjeuner et massages possibles. Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

Quiet, surrounded by nature for holidays with family or friends or groups. may be suitable for people with limited mobility (bedroom, walk-in shower, toilet on the ground floor) 25 minutes from Cognac and Angoulême. 5 minutes from small shops, 10 minutes from Barbezieux, Chateauneuf-sur-Charente and Segonzac.

Criteuil la Magdeleine: lovely place

Small accommodation on the edge of the village of Criteuil, with the vineyards in perspective. It has one floor, and a miller's staircase to access the bedroom (unsuitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties). Quiet place, 10 km from Barbezieux (all shops). The sea is about an hour away. Quality restaurant in the village The independent accommodation is adjacent to our home. It's a very simple but well-equipped place to stay.

I offer you a new 50 m² accommodation adjoining my house, but totally independent. Guests can take advantage of the heated family pool from May to October. Depending on my availability, I would be happy to show you around our distillery.
