The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. Welcome to Cherry Tree Farm, Cromwell. Stay in our beautiful self contained guest house set within the gardens of our urban farm and cherry orchard. The Guest House comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The living area has a sofa and a daybed. A separate bedroom offers a Queen bed and there is a bathroom with shower. The living area can also be converted to accomodate either 2 single beds or a king double. This makes The Guest House a perfect space for up to 4 people.

The Cottage sits at the front of the property with a fenced off and completely separate Corner Peak Studio at the back of the property.

This cottage is close to Old Cromwell Historic Precinct - a great place to potter around the cafes, Art galleries and little shops. Nearby are vineyards, wineries, orchards and skifields. Lake Dunstan is literally 3 minutes walk from your door. There are lots of walks in the area and you couldnt be closer to the new bike track to Clyde! Highlands is close by and you are 40 minutes from both Queenstown and Wanaka. This is a great place to base yourself to explore Central Otago.

Excellent stand alone studio cottage in a handy location. Situated approx. 3km from the town center with a feel of country. Suitable for a single person, couple or 2 friends/family that don't mind sharing a queen bed. Very peaceful location and close to the new bike/walking tracks, lake, river, and numerous vineyards. Only 40 minutes approx. to Queenstown and Wanaka, 20 minutes to the historic town of Clyde and further 10 minutes to Alexandra. We welcome guests from all backgrounds.

The newly opened Highlands Motorsports Park is 6 km away. The new cycle trail will be open at the end of 2020.
