You will stay quietly, surrounded by greenery, centrally located, within walking distance of the bus and train. The apartment is comfortable and cozy. Here you have a good start for hiking (Müngsten Bridge, Burg Castle), cycling (corkscrew terrace - Ruhr area), visiting Cologne, Düsseldorf and Bergisches Land and much more. In the evening you can look far into the distance or sit outside in the summer with a glass in hand and delicious food on the barbecue. In front of the house, there is a parking space and a private entrance.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Lovely little apartment in quiet location

Beautiful apartment with separate entrance, free parking in front of the house, terrace with garden views. Very easy access to the A 46 motorway, bus stop, shopping and landscape reserve in the immediate vicinity. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Solinger Central Station by public transport. Wuppertal is located 13 km away, Düsseldorf 20 km and cologne is 30 km away. Ideal for short holidays in the beautiful Bergisches Land, for business travelers and visitors.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes the time run a little slower. Parking available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connections. The sports facility is at the back of the house. In the same building, we run an art gallery that can be viewed.

Apartment, approx. 65 sqm, fully furnished, 1 bedroom with 140 bed, clothes rail, leather couch, HD TV, 1 WZ/dining room with sofa bed (150), table with 4 chairs, kitchen with stove, dishwasher. DOGS are welcome - by arrangement- cost 6 EUROS per night/per DOG. Unfortunately NOT suitable for children. Large terrace to enjoy - no parties ;-) Please enter the exact number of guests so we can adjust the beds, towels, etc. Installers welcome!!!

The apartment (40 sqm) is in a well maintained condition. We look forward to seeing you here in W.-Vohwinkel and hope you have a pleasant stay. Some things we have already prepared for your visit, for the first day you will find coffee,tea, water, spices, pasta, tomato sauce, etc in the kitchen cupboard. If you have sun weather, you can also do a barbecue on the terrace. A small charcoal grill and coal are available for you.

Fully furnished apartment with high quality amenities. Spacious kitchen with open adjoining living room with big TV. Small bathroom with shower and toilet. Beautiful bedroom with cozy bed. A sunny balcony completes the offer. The kitchen is well equipped with: dishwasher, oven, induction hob and kettle, capsule coffee machine and a toaster. In bedroom there are two wardrobes with ample space and a 140x200cm box spring bed.

You stay in the district of Vohwinkel. The beautiful Jugenstilhaus is centrally located and yet quietly located in a 30s zone. It is only a five or twelve minute walk to the final stop of the cable car, the station with S- and regional railway connection. Shops, grocery stores and supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, Rewe, etc.) Pharmacies, ice cream parlors and Gastromie are also within a three to ten minute walk.
