Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Crown Point

Villa Escalante is the epitome of peace, calm and serenity. The views are outstanding, the house is well organized, architected and brilliantly thought out. Our hosts graciously stocked the home with all the necessary amenities for both the baths and kitchen, and my family and I were very comfortable. It is the perfect location, if you need to runaway for an escape and enjoy nature sounds, the beach and a pool. Def staying here again. Donna and her hosting staff were communicative , friendly and always available. I have left Tobago lighter and more relaxed. Thank You again!!!

Junior’s place was so nice that I had to do it twice! Revisiting felt like coming back home. Just like my first stay, the place was nothing short of amazing. Junior has maintained his friendliness and was accommodating and flexible. Will definitely be back for a third time and as many times as my schedule allows.

We just reached home to the UK after a fabulous holiday with Anna and David, they went above and beyond from ensuring everything within the property was to our satisfaction but also arranging the excursions we wanted to do and they all delivered leaving very fond memories. I don’t think you’d find a better property or hosts in Tobago and we thank them for everything they did and can’t wait to see them again next year for more BBQ’s, home made rum punch and of course the sun!

Beautiful home in a great location. Great views, and easy access to bars, restaurants, and the beach - while still feeling peaceful and private. Luke was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for a family or group.

We simply loved the place, truly a hidden gem! For those of you who love being in the middle of nature and just the ight amount of isolation, look no further. Wake up to the sounds of tropical birds, walk down to a secluded little beach only reachable from the retreat, feel the ocean breeze pass through the wooden louvers. Claudia lives on the premises, is great to have around and runs the place expertly. Perfect place from where to explore Tobago’s wonderful northeastern half.

An enjoyable stay! Dernelle is great! She has been extremely helpful. She created these amazing informative pamphlets that tells you house rules, nearby restaurants, attractions, transportation help, and much more. She’s also a fabulous makeup artist amd will have you looking spectacular for Tobago Carnival! I recommend her home

As a couple of nature lovers, this place was perfect. We loved sitting on the veranda watching the parrots fly past and the hummingbirds flit through. We ended up spending way more time at the house than we anticipated just because it was so tranquil and relaxing. The pool was well maintained and much needed in the heat and the perfect depth for lounging about with a rum punch. Terry was very responsive whenever we messaged and although he was not on site, he relayed any issues to Gloria & Byron who were able to help. Top tip - the washing machine is in a locked outbuilding so let Gloria know if you need to use it and she will give you access. We did find there were a few mosquitos out in the morning and evening so recommend bringing some insect repellent if you want to sit outside (or just stay in the pool to avoid them!) Maya the cat was an absolute sweetheart and we couldn't believe she wanted to sit on our laps in 30C heat 😻. We hope to visit again in the future.

I had a fantastic stay. From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly accommodating to my travel plans, ensuring a smooth check-in process. When I was driving in with a taxi, he promptly picked up the phone to provide clear directions to Milford Place, helping me easily locate the home. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches—he generously provided a fresh gallon of water, which was much appreciated after a long journey. Throughout my stay, he remained communicative and helpful, even taking the time to text me recommendations for scenic walking routes in the area. Overall, this was an excellent experience. The host’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my stay all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to stay.

Daniella was super accommodating with check-in and check-out, and she and her mum even let us pick some of their delicious fruit. But the real highlight for me? Their little patio, I spent most of my time out there studying for midterms. It truly felt like a home away from home.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at 21 Plantations Paradise. Both the penthouse and condo were clean, spacious, and well-equipped—perfect for a family stay. There was a small issue with a door hinge in the penthouse, but Keron was extremely responsive and kindly upgraded us to the condo, which we really appreciated. Kathy, the property manager, was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, and we were welcomed with a thoughtful complimentary fruit basket. The property itself is serene and peaceful, with scenic ocean views and lovely areas for morning or evening walks. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to returning.

I highly recommend Reinhold's home! The apartment was super spacious, and clean with amazing views. The host, Reinhold was so gracious and very communicative, he gave detailed instructions, and fantastic local recommendations. There was a fantastic restaurant and bar in walking distance that belonged to the beach club. As a guest at his BnB, you get to patron this exclusive restaurant that is reserved for the hotel guests. You also get access to the private beach! Although, with the private pool overlooking the ocean, you don't need to walk to the hotel for the beach. Everything was as described. My family and I enjoyed this beautiful island getaway in Tobago.

Fantastic apartment right on the beach. Good size living area, veranda and pool area. Prince was super helpful, he provided a map and sat with us explaining various trips we could take. We hired a car through him which was really easy as he arranged airport transfers, then we had the car from the apartment the next day. The apartment had one of the best showers we’ve experienced in an Airbnb. We had a couple of minor issues with power, aircon and door locks but Prince sorted all straight away making sure our stay wasn’t disturbed. Highly recommend and would stay here again

This is my fourth stay at Soraya, and I keep coming back for a reason. The location is perfect—just minutes from the beach. The villa is always clean, peaceful, and well-equipped with everything you need, from kitchen essentials to coolers for beach days. Definitely my go-to spot for a Tobago stay!

Loved my stay! It was situated between my two primary areas: airport/Pigeon Point (easy 25 minute walk/5 min drive) and Buccoo/Mt Irvine (5 min drive, I didn’t try to walk). It’s in a residential neighborhood only one block off the main road, so it was quiet while still being conveniently located. The host was super friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and providing bottled water and other refreshments for my stay. The bnb itself was spotless and looked just like the photos. Would definitely return!

I stayed for 7 days and the apartment is absolutely amazing, upon arrival there was a welcome basket with lots of goodies. The bedrooms were big and spacious and very comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were very convenient and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. The beds were huge and very comfortable. The air conditioning units in all rooms worked very well. The living room was very comfortable with the 2 couches. All the rooms have ceiling fans that work very well and keeps the air circulating. The porch/veranda area has lots of seating and the view is absolutely fantastic. Everything you need for a fabulous vacation is provided here including beach towels, robes and towels to shower. I’m definitely coming back. Would recommend 100%.

This is my second time staying at this beautiful little cottage. So very sweet and private, the loveliest getaway. The place is very neat and tidy, and the hosts are wonderful, attentive, and quick to respond. I will be back in October. Thank you again Stephen and Rita.

Treece is a super host. We reported a small problem and within a couple of hours she found the solution. The apartment was well maintained and we felt right at home.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great space for 2 people. Loved the constant sea breeze, great views, having a kitchen and a dining table to relax while eating our meals. The only challenge is the lack of a washing machine so pack enough so you won't need to wash. A very clean relaxing space which i would recommend while exploring the beautiful island of Tobago.

Our family had such a special time here. The space was cozy, clean, and welcoming. It was perfect for relaxing and enjoying quality time together. The hosts even provided family games, which added such a fun and thoughtful touch to our stay. Ishani was extremely kind and flexible, always making sure we felt at ease. The pools were a big hit, offering plenty of fun for both kids and adults. The location was also ideal, just a short drive to beautiful beaches and only a 2-minute walk to a nearby food court with plenty of great dining options. Truly a place that felt like a home away from home. We’re so grateful for the experience and the memories we made. We would definitely be back! ❤

My buddy and I stayed here because we were playing in a golf tournament which was close by. We could actually see the golf course from where we stayed. We didnt make use of all the amenities but they were there to be used. No issues whatsoever.

The stay at this Air BnB was fantastic! The place matched the images and was extremely clean. This was a great stay with a great host. All amenities were in working order and we all had a great stay. Everything was comfortable and felt like home away from home. We'd certainly visit in future.

Jennifer's place was a home away from home for my family and I. Although a traditional style tropical villa, all modern amenities were available- WIFI, H/C, A/C, cable. The apartment was spacious, fully furnished, including essentials and we were able to cook our own meals. There was parking and the pool was a hit with my kids! Our host Jennifer was fabulous! She was so accommodating for our flight times, which we truly appreciate. She even had a complimentary drink for our kids. This place ticked all my boxes, would definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at "Uncle" Ronald's Oasis. The property was exactly as shown with no disappointments or surprises. His space was clean, stocked with snacks, water, and a few toiletries. The pool was a wonderful added bonus as it was clean, and a nice size for swimming. But by far the best part of our stay was the Host Ronald. Prior to our check in, he proactively reached out to me directly to give specific directions on how to get to his place and even offered to pick us up. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay at his home exceeded our expectations. He even took us to local hidden gem restaurant to get some authentic Caribbean food to go, and ensured we had all the necessities to enjoy our short stay. He respected our privacy but was also easily accessible whenever we needed him. We most certainly will be returning to Tobago, not just because of the beautiful island, but also because of "Uncle Ron"!! Thank you.

**Paradise on Grafton Beach!** We stayed in this beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront apartment, and it was absolutely perfect for our group of six adults. The space was spacious, and immaculate, offering plenty of room to relax. The real highlight...Direct access to Grafton Beach—the water was calm, crystal clear, and ideal for swimming. Every evening, we were treated to gorgeous sunsets right from our balcony. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. Great dining options were just a short 5–10 minute drive away, making dinners out effortless. If you’re looking for a serene yet convenient beach getaway, this villa is a dream.
