Self-Contained Cammeray Guesthouse near CBD and Beaches

Sit back on the sun-drenched veranda of this cosy period house and take in the sweeping views across Green Park. All rooms are spacious and come with all the essentials to make you feel at home. As hosts with a young family, we occupy part of the property and share a common wall with the guesthouse. However, the AirBnB is private, has a separate entrance and shares no common areas. This self-contained guesthouse is part of a gracious federation family home on a corner block with its own private entrance. It has one bedroom with a built in wardrobe and desk. The Living area is a combined living/dining and kitchenette leading to a large outside verandah/deck. The space is flexible and perfect for business travellers, young families and couples looking to enjoy the best parts of Sydney. We have an air mattress and crib, which we’ll include or remove based on your sleeping requirements. You’ll feel just like you’re at home away from home! Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas and direct access to Green Park from the outside veranda accessible via a side entrance. This property supports keyless access powered by August Home. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. Across the road from the house is Greens Park, which boasts a playground, public tennis courts, and basketball hoops. Cammeray golf course is practically on the doorstep as well, and there's a huge array of cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. Cammeray is an excellent location with immediate access in all directions by car. There is plenty of all day parking on the street just outside our place. Public transport is a breeze into the City, North Sydney and Mosman. It's even an easy walk to & from North Sydney, Neutral Bay & Crows Nest for work or play. The kitchenette comes equipped with a bar fridge, microwave / oven, 2x induction hot plates, toaster, jug and necessities.

This luxury apartment is fully renovated. Full kitchen, washing machine, air con, wifi and your own patio. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs with views. The house to which the apartment is attached is on a quiet heritage street. Access to the apartment is via the rear garden of the house. 5 mins walk to North Sydney station, 4 mins to Victoria Cross metro, 4 mins to vibrant restaurants, bars, cafes. So sorry, not suitable for babies or children. A safe and luxurious place to stay.

Minutes from city, but in a total bushland peaceful setting, as well as 5 minutes walk to cafes, bars and restaurants of Cammeray Village. Our Quarrymans Cottage is tucked away in the bush, down a driveway behind other properties (then 10 steps) to the cottage - which is level. The cottage is part of our home. It is 100% renovated, but some work continues on our home. it wont impact you, but so you know. (although the driveway you'll see our materials storage.You walk straight passed that.)

Vaasugi is super friendly and helpful. Her apartment is clean, comfortable, spacious, and homely, in a leafy suburb with lots of birdlife. The large balcony is fabulous, with a lovely view. We found it to be the perfect spot to watch the sun come up over a cuppa, brekky, or to wind down in the evening. The location was ideal for us. We took a five-minute walk to the Royal North Shore Hospital, which we visited multiple times per day. A choice of grocery shops, bakeries, cafes, and takeaway options within a five-minute walk. Plus, a five-minute walk to St Leonards Train Station, connecting us directly to all the attractions of Sydney CBD. We particularly enjoyed visiting the Art Gallery of NSW. Great value accommodation. Highly recommend.

Apartment was beautiful with great views. Great location and very close to the metro which was nice. Host was very accommodating with an early check-in. The only negative thing to say is that the AC didn't get that cool. Overall, a great stay and host!

Ping is a fantastic host. Always available but respected my privacy. The kitchen is communal, with plenty of fridge space, good for simple cooking. The outlook to the garden is beautiful. Location has all required ammenities. Easy access to numerous bus services, making it very convenient, however there is a reasonable walk to the various bus stops. Highly recommend.

We needed an early check in after a long 15 hour flight and the host said she would let us know the day before which she did and we were able to check in early. The place is beautiful, pristine and I’ve stayed in so many Airbnb’s and this one not only looked clean but actually felt it! It has everything you need! The host had everything clearly labeled on how to use appliances etc. A thoughtful welcome basket of local snacks and wine was waiting for us and the view of the harbor was spectacular and there were even binoculars for us to use to enjoy the view more. We felt right at home and there isn’t anything I can think of to make this place better. It’s a 12 min uber ride from the city which we didn’t mind coz there was 4 of us and the uber rides were more convenient and came out cheaper for us. We will always remember our stay here and how the host was very helpful and responsive and made things easier for us with suggestions and help. Host is very responsive. Love love this place
