Located 5 minutes from the Étang du Merle (Beach, Pedalo...), the Étang de Baye leisure center (Beach, Paddle, Fishing...) and the Canal du Nivernais House on enclosed garden of 500 m2 with parking, composed of a fitted and equipped kitchen, a large living room of 45 m2 with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 separate toilets, a large laundry room as well as a large stable Linens and towels are not provided (optional)

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.
