A hidden GEM! Jan provided everything we needed. More importantly, we felt right at home.

We loved this studio cottage! Karen, Jason and Shelley were extremely friendly and responsive. They guided us on the drive up to the house when we arrived and gave great local recommendations. The cottage was completely private, had amazing views, and was equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. John. Isa was so friendly and welcoming, always offering helpful recommendations and suggestions. She always made sure we had everything we need. Her home is beautiful and was the perfect place to stay on the island. The place was peaceful and her artwork was stunning. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. Thanks Isa!

Absolutely worth whatever is charged! The landscaping is so beautiful, the residence is immaculate, the hosts anticipated our every need, and we felt very safe and protected. The pool is amazing as are the views. Nearby grocery stores made it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to eat in. Easy to drive to restaurants. Cannot say enough good things about this villa. Brittany and Robert were quick to respond to any questions we had. Trust their recommendations. We spent a great day on a cruse to the British Virgin Islands with Justin, one of the captains of Salty Daze. It was wonderful and highly recommended to us by Brittany.

Place was great! Easy to find and Theresa helped me w/ the door code in a pinch (my fault not reading the instructions carefully 🫣).

Jared was a great host! Loved his place and the patio is amazing! Everything you need is provided.

I don’t have adequate words so soon after leaving to express the feeling that stays with me after being at orchid house for a week. All I can say is that my heart is full. If you are a person who isn’t looking for fancy, and whose idea of contentment is lying in a hammock listening to all the sounds of life teeming around you, this is a place you’ll never want to leave. Wonderful hosts and truly an extraordinary place. A work of art in every way. So grateful to have experienced it!

Just wow!!! We’ve been coming to the islands for about 30 years, mostly staying in St. John… but the views from this villa were the best we have ever had! The villa was just extremely practical and homey! The king beds and cold AC helped us to recover from long days of hikes, snorkels, beaches, and shopping! The decor was so nice and we loved the live plants and orchids! We enjoyed the huge tv as we watched the college World Series in the evenings. The breezes through the villa were very relaxing! We will plan to come again! Thanks Michael for being so helpful, attentive, and quick to respond!

Maria and Chloe were such great hosts! Their prompt communication and local recommendations were simply the best and made us feel right at home! They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time and we did! The place was absolutely beautiful with hands down the best views on the island!! If you're looking for a private place to stay with truly million dollar views and taking a dip in your own private pool, don't look any further and book this right away! This place is a gem! So peaceful and private. The views are spectacular, if you want a more quiet and relaxed area this is it. Plenty of beaches nearby under 10 min and great food options about 18 min away. We really enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host and home ☺️

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. If I could give Kandee's place 10 stars, I would. The photos don't do this place justice. When you open the front door the view is breath taking. Kandee has thought of everything to make your stay so easy. So many beach and pool toys and all the kitchen appliances and cooking spices etc you need. She was incredibly helpful when we had an issue with the lock on the bedroom building and fixed the issue right away. This place is split in to 3 levels, upstairs is living, a separate buidling down a level has bedrooms, then the pool is on the level below. All with amazing views. We watched the sunrise over the bay every morning from the bed, incredible. The photos don't do this place justice. Go ahead and book right away. And don't forget your 4 wheel drive for the drive up to the property and around the island in general.

This place was awesome. Beautiful views of Cruz Bay and the surrounding islands (for some reason they don’t have any pics of the views in the posting, which they should update!). Very short 5 min drive to the grocery store and all the restaurants and bars downtown. Very short drive to all the incredible north shore beaches. Pool is pretty small but the views from the pool area were great.

To say that Thomas and Holly were lovely hosts is a massive understatement. In our opinion they went above and beyond to help in any way possible and to make us feel welcome. They went so far as to meet us at the ferry dock (with their 4 month old baby) and have us follow them to the villa. That alone was impeccable service! We would stay at their villa again in a heartbeat if/when we ever go back to Tortola. Honestly just can’t say enough good things about them and this amazing vacation! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

Michael’s place was as described. Very nice, comfortable, and had everything that we needed! Michael was also very responsive throughout the entire booking and stay. I never waited long for him to respond and that I appreciate! Although it’s hilly the location is walkable to popular restaurants, shopping & more. Parking took some effort but with Michael’s help we made it work! Definitely rent a mid side SUV to easily drive on the narrow roads. Also, be sure you’ve mapped the location properly as one time it directed us to street that brought us higher near the top side of the villa. But once you know where you’re going it’s fairly easy to find. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again! Thanks so much!

Beautiful view overlooking Cruz Bay. Very close to the downtown area full of restaurants and shops. Also close to the beaches. Large space with king size beds. Fantastic patio and access to the pool. More than enough beach supplies so nothing was needed. As a person who loves to cook, absolutely loved the overly stocked kitchen plus a grill with a view. While we don’t normally like to duplicate trips we would definitely look to book the Mandavilla again. Plus Emily and Matthew were great to deal with and very responsive. Don’t hesitate to make this your home for your stay!!

The Villa was lovely with fantastic views and great to have your own pool. Well equipped with all the mod cons and great air con. Dawn was fantastic and gave very clear instructions and pro actively checked in with me prior my arrival. The location is 5 mins drive from the most beutiful bar and restaurant 1748, the restaurant next to that Tropic fusion was good as well with fantastic views as you are literally sitting on the beach or the swings at the bar. It was very much Tom cuise beach bar vibes in the film Cocktail but better. Your only 5 minutes away from the West End Port which takes you to Jost Van D, which i cant reccomend enough, just get the 10am ferry to make the most of the beach bar festivities. You will need to higher a car no matter where you are on the island so location is not a big deal, Nanny Cay is also a great place to go and if you land in beef island do a day in Virgin Gorda straight away. Only negative is the roads are unmade but u get used to it. 100% stay here

White Bay Villas cottages are just a slice of paradise. The view is the "wow" factor, however the cottage is more spacious than even the pictures do justice with a nice little separate living room and a small galley kitchen that has everything you need. The location is very private...a very manageable 4-5 minute footpath winds down to the private beach at east end of White Bay. You cannot leave a car immediately at the cottage...I was there without a car and any number of local drivers can pick you up very quickly...I think Jost Van Dyke is fine without a rental car FWIW due to the friendly and responsive taxis.

We enjoyed staying at A3 Sea Urchin! It was roomy, clean, bright, and as advertised. The bed was sssoooo comfortable! A/C worked great! A perfect central location to go to the National Park Visitor Ctr, walk into town to eat, shop, watch a sunset, get ice cream (*Our Market Smoothies*); also was great being across from beautiful Mongoose Junction complex where we enjoyed the North Shore deli, Scoops ice cream, snorkel rental, an ATM, great shops, and easy taxi drop off (we didn't rent a car). Patrick was a huge help with directions , advice on the drinking water (after buying bottled water, we ended up drinking the tap water which was fine), and amenities! We filled up a big bottle with tap water and left it just inside our door, to rinse off after returning from the beach. Happily only encountered a few stray mosquitos and bugs at the beach! Every beach is gorgeous and the "painkillers" are yummy! If you don't rent a car (we didn't) bring cash for the taxi's! It's paradise!!

This was the perfect home for my wife and I to enjoy our vacation. Peaceful, great view, hospitable hosts… everything we needed. Thank you for hosting us and for the great information and assistance during our stay!

This is an incredible place for an incredible price! The view and the outdoor space alone really made the trip special! This place is in a great quiet location to explore the national park as well as many of the more under-appreciated beaches. Everything that we could have possibly needed during the trip was provided. Bonny even left us a few gallons of drinking water so that we had some when we arrived. Bonny is an incredible host, answered all of our questions, and provided great recommendations on where to buy food and go out to eat, best places to rent snorkeling gear, as well as things to do and see in St. John! The Airbnb is on the smaller side, there are some friendly critters that like to join you, and the power sometimes goes out, however this is a great place for people looking for an affordable place to stay with a spectacular view. You won’t find this value anywhere else on St. John!

Chris was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. She also gave us local recommendations and had a cooler and beach chairs available for us to take to the local beaches.

We had a wonderful stay in Cruz Bay. The location of the studio was perfect! It is just about a five minute walk from all of the restaurants and the ferry. It was close enough for us to walk to the ferry where the taxis are and grab a ride to any of the beautiful north shore Beaches. Everything was as described. The host even picked us up from the ferry for easy check-in! We would stay here again.
