Welcome to the Marie/Olivier PL'AISYR Cottage.

Small atypical stone house located in the heart of village, with all the charm of Burgundy, including a master bedroom for two adults with possibility of a mezzanine space for two children. The cottage is located near the Burgundy Canal with its bicycle route and the Armançon River. The parking is 50 or 100 meters from the cottage, you have the possibility to unload your luggage in front of the cottage without problem (we are waiting for work for a parking at 15 meters).

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.
