The Olde Lolly Shop Bed & Breakfast in Mintaro

Stallion Box, Bungaree Station, Clare Valley

The Stallion Box is one of several converted accommodation buildings located on Bungaree Station. Once the stallion's stable, this self contained studio cottage is the perfect retreat for a couple with a queen bed, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. Breakfast provisions (e.g. eggs, bacon, juice, cereal) are included. Guests can explore the historic station, visit local wineries and other attractions or simply relax in front of the fire. Built in the early 1900's, this gracious comfortable house has a relaxed feel with generous rooms, high ceilings and modern amenities. It is filled with books, art, trashy novels, board games and spaces to play them or watch tv and lounge in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.

Beautiful and quaint, 2 bedroom cottage located 15kms from Melrose along the picturesque Survey Road. 17kms to Wirrabara and 300m from the eastern end of the popular Bridle Track. Situated on a working sheep and cattle farm, near a seasonal creek, private and peaceful with its own secret garden. Come and relax and listen to the birds sing.
