Holiday rentals with a patio in Crystal Palace

Liegt an einer Privatstraße in super ruhiger und schöner Umgebung. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Zur Bahn sind es ~ 10 min zu Fuss oder 3 mit dem Auto. Parkplatz an der Bahn kostenpflichtig. In den Straßen in der Nähe auf das Parkverbot achten. Mit der Bahn ist man in 40 min in der Stadt, Victoria Station oder London Bridge. Von dort kommt man ganz schnell mit der Underground weiter. Die Fahrt von Ewell nach London ist in den Hauptzeiten recht teuer (10£) wer morgens und Abends erst später fährt, spart viel Geld.

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

Our stay at Mustafa’s was wonderful. It met every single need of ours. Mustafa was lovely and very responsive. The flat was perfect for us. Close to sainburys, public transport, restaurants and a great local brewery! Thanks so much We will be back

A really great Airbnb to stay! It’s conveniently located near Streatham High Street and the train station. It looks onto Tooting Common which is lovely. The heating works well which was necessary on the cold winter. Excellent communication and really fantastic hosts! Would absolutely come again!

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Kelly's place. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, with every detail just as shown in the listing. It instantly felt like home the moment I arrived. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, kind, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It was clear they genuinely cared about creating a great experience for their guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

Studio très agréable et bien équipé, la cour pleine de plantes et de fleurs est un petit havre dans cette grande ville. Même si nous n'avons pas eu la chance de voir Ian, en voyage, notre hôtesse répondait très vite aux messages. Proximité des transports appréciable (arrêt Medlar street à 50m avec accès en 15 mn au métro). Adresse à recommander !

Stayed for birthday retreat was lovely and exactly what I needed to escape. Ig you too have arachnophobia, there was a lot of spiders in the conservatory and several in the flat. But there was also al lot of animals that frequented the garden so it was wonderfully to see them through the big glass doors. The kitchen was also well equipped. Host was lovely, would stay again.

This Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! Super clean, modern, and felt so up-to-date it was almost futuristic. My partner and I felt right at home. Additionally, the neighborhood was really quiet, which we loved, but still close enough to London with an easy transport system that made getting around super simple. It was the perfect mix of peaceful and convenient. Also, Junior was such an amazing host. He was always checking in to make sure we were okay and willing to help with anything we needed. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend staying here! Five stars all the way!

The most homey rental we have ever had. From the moment we booked until the moment we left we felt at home. All the mod cons one could want. Very spacious and clean. Our stay was for business, 4 of my team stayed and felt very much at home. Location was great for us and not a bad drive into central London for our work for NYE 2024. We would recommend the property for future work in London for sure.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation verlief zuverlässig und schnell. Wir hatten leider nicht gelesen, dass es eine Katze in der Wohnung gibt, aber auch damit sind wir sehr gut zurecht gekommen, sie ist eine äußerst freundliche Katze. Es ist alles sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Wir können diese Wohnung zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für die gute Zeit bei euch!

Le logement est situé à 10 minutes à pied de la gare, c'est parfait pour rejoindre Londres en 40 minutes. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé. C'est parfait pour une famille de 5. Nous avons pu facilement garer la voiture devant la maison. Nous n'en avons pas eu besoin de tout le séjour. L'hôte est très réactive par message et offre des solutions en cas de problème. Quand nous reviendrons à Londres, nous séjournerons sans hésiter de nouveau dans cet agréable logement.

We were lucky enough to visit Victoria’s beautiful home around my husband’s 40th birthday. We wanted a treat - and wow did it deliver! The house is huge, really spacious and brilliant for us, my parents and both of our children. They kindly left a cot for us to use if we wanted it and a high chair - plus a gorgeous selection of children’s books. The day bed was the perfect height for my toddler too (2.5). But the view !! The kitchen backs on to the most beautiful garden and it was enough for us to just sit and watch the trees with a glass of rosé or for my son to watch the squirrels eating the neighbours’ cherries ! With the odd parakeet flying past too. We are very into our food and it was incredibly well stocked for our passion (!), we loved cooking here and the perfect set up for a BBQ too. It was perfect in every way! We didn’t want to leave. We also found the Perry Hill pub brilliant for dinner with our son as it has a playground - just a 15 minute walk away.

We had a very comfortable stay at Samantha's place. It was very clean and conveniently located.

A lovely flat in walking distance of amenities. Beautiful decor and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. No issues finding a parking space nearby. Overall a great place.

This was a perfect place for my fiancée and I to spend a few days exploring London. We took a ~15 minute walk to the New Cross Gate station every day and took a ~1hr train into the center of the city—if you are like us, the public transportation was so comprehensive and efficient that it was a fun way to start every morning. This spot was a great way to experience a quieter part of the city with less tourism that’s still safe and fun. It was easy to find, quiet, clean, and a very pleasant space. Our host was polite, helpful and responsive. When we return to the city we will absolutely be booking again!

We had a very comfortable stay. The high quality accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed and more, . Diana was the perfect host who made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. A bonus in the hot weather when we stayed was the air conditioning. The views from the Garden Room are stunning as are the beautiful well kept gardens. We hope to return again in the future. Highly recommended and good value.

Max's instructions to get into the flat were excellent! Wonderful street and location. Many bus stops close to the flat that will take you all over London. Overall it suited our needs perfectly. Cheers, Kelly

Cannot recommend this spot enough! Great location and the flat was gorgeous. Super clean and Louise has such a great eye for style. The space was bright, comfortable and quiet for sleeping. Louise was quick to respond and really helpful.
