I had an excellent stay at Gina’s London flat! Gina was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Borough Market and London Bridge tube station, with easy access to all the city’s highlights. The flat itself is quiet and peaceful, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night's sleep. As a bonus, the views of The Shard and London Eye were spectacular! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London.

Staying at Richard’s home was a delight! The neighborhood was quiet and cute with a Sainbury’s Local just a 3 minute walk away. It was easy to catch the bus (2 minutes away) and a 20 minute walk to the tube. Richard was specific in his directions for getting in and out of the flat and his home is so beautiful and clean. I felt right at home. This is the perfect place for anyone who is comfortable riding public transit or has a car. Richard could not have been more accommodating or kind. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

Miki is extremely helpful and responsive to our queries. She helped us to find a close by parking lot as well. The apartment is warm, clean and plenty of coffee for the guests. The apartment is close to tube stations although it’s about 15 to 20 minutes walk.

Loved staying at this place on Abbey Road — it’s full of British charm and character. The vibe is classic and cozy, making it a really special spot for a London trip. The hosts were amazing! John’s place was the perfect place to stay on our first stop during our honeymoon! John gave us some wonderful food recommendations as well as places to see in the area. The space is clean and has everything you would need, they’ve done a great job making use of a small space. If we are back in the area again, we will absolutely be looking to stay here!

It was a beautiful home and the communication from the start of the booking until the end of our trip was excellent. We had a slight difficulty with the key code box but Oliver was at hand straight away to come and resolve the issue for us. We would definitely recommend and we would be back if we were to go to an event at Emirates Stadium in the future

Our family of 7 stayed here for one night while we visited the Warner Brothers tour. The house was staged perfectly to get families excited for Harry Potter. The house was full of Harry Potter decor, linens, costumes, knick knacks, and games. We all loved it. the backyard had a great space for hanging out as well. The parking space in the backyard is greatly appreciated. We were able to fit our Mercedes v series 300D in it and that was such a relief to not have to find street parking.

Incredible place, an actual home shared with care and respect exactly the way this platform was originally intended for. Stunning house with amazing garden, super comfortable and fully equipped with anything one could need. Tasteful and luxurious, quiet area close to many parks and restaurants/shops. Hope to be back!

What a gorgeous location! Right on the Thames, absolutely lovely views including swans, across from a park like setting there were numerous places inside and out to relax and soak it all in. It was fun to see the rowing teams going by and the people enjoying a boat outing. The beds weee very comfortable! The decor was charming - we felt so at home! Thank you for a great stay!

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

When we were there, it was hot, so the doors opening up to allow fresh air in was great! The unit was very clean and it was quiet at night. Beds were comfortable. Just what we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. I don't hesitate at all to recommend this flat.

The flat is located in good location for touring London and Hip is very friendly in giving local area advices! We had a bit trouble getting in but Hip responded quickly despise it was already past 9pm! The flat is quite cozy. The only downside is no lift with two suitcases, which has been stated in the info. All and all, would recommend!

A big plus was Khrystyna’s attentiveness and flexibility — she kindly allowed us to check in early after arriving on a red-eye flight, which made a huge difference in starting our trip off smoothly. Bottom Line Up Front: The location is fabulous. Earls Court is, of course, convenient to both branches of the District Line and to the Piccadilly line, which give you access to most of London. Flying into Heathrow? Just hop on the tube there and you carried quickly to Earls Court. We have done that multiple times. What sets this apart from other Earls Court flats is the specific location, backing straight onto the gorgeous Philbeach Gardens. Step out the back door and you are in a private park for residents only. The flat itself is spacious and comfortable, and at night dark and quiet. Hot water is hot and plentiful. The hosts responded quickly to concerns. We will be back.
