Apartment holiday rentals in Cuenca

This review is for the second month of our stay. We loved this apartment! Perfect for 2 people, good workspace in the second bedroom, beautiful bathrooms and showers, mountain views from the large kitchen window, full washer and dryer in unit. The building is beautiful - clean, fast elevator, helpful 24/7 security guards. There are several restaurants at Plaza 33 next door and other places nearby. The neighborhood is walkable, very close to the tranvia and SuperMaxi. We were sorry to leave! Thanks for everything, Fernanda!

I had a fantastic stay at Brenda’s place in Cuenca! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city.

Maggie’s place was perfect for our 3-night stay in Cuenca. In one word, the condo is spectacular with fantastic indoor and outdoor space. Pride of ownership is obvious! The building is new and very well maintained, secure, and the location is perfect…just a couple of minutes walk to Parque Calderon.and Immaculate Conception church. It exceeded our expectations, and was our best Airbnb experience in Equador. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is as shown in the photos of the ad, Marco kept in touch with me, gave us clear instructions on how to get there and it is totally private. He was kind enough to help us check in a few hours earlier than indicated in the app. The area is quiet, very safe, close to shops, pharmacies and the Jep ATM, clean place, bathroom a little cramped but with the necessary, it has hot water and clean towels, we only lacked some extra soaps, the bed was comfortable and clean sheets, it has a closet. We had an internet disconnection for about 2 hours, but in general it flowed well, Marco was kind and ready for any news, considering that he was not in the city. Their responses were positive and they were ready to provide good service. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, kitchen, laundry, iron, hair dryer. The small balcony is nice with its ornamental plants. I recommend it!

We liked the place very much, it's new, it looks just like the photos and perfect for a couple who wants to go and enjoy Cuenca, super well located and close to good restaurants and the tram station. We feel safe in the area and at ease walking to Plaza Soleil. Andrea is very attentive, a very good host!!!

Cozy apartment. It has everything you need to feel comfortable. As a suggestion, I would only ask that you leave more detailed instructions for using the TV. Recommended apartment.

It is a beautiful and spacious apartment for 4 people which is very fully equipped. It also has a free private parking right at the apartment. Within walking distance is the Parque Calderon, and also Calle Larga. Shops and restaurants can be found in the same street as in the area. The owner, Ricio, is very friendly and helpful. In short:: I can recommend this apartment to everyone and if I go to Cuenca again I will also be happy to go here again.

We stayed 1 month in this apartment. POSITIVE POINTS: *Small space ideal for 1 person, enough for two people. *Clean, well-equipped and with basic cooking and cleaning utensils. *Safe building and nice neighborhood, close to the river and restaurants. *Michael is friendly and responds quickly. THINGS TO IMPROVE: *Privacy: The door and window face an outside hallway so you can see and hear people passing by in the hallway. Also, from the hallway you can see what's going on inside the apartment when the curtains are open. *Shower: The shower is partially closed so it splashes a lot of water on the bathroom floor. *Storage: Suitable for short stays, limited for long stays. Overall, it is an excellent choice, especially for short stays. We would definitely rent it again.

The most equipped kitchen on AirBnB. Internet was very good, it worked well and the velocity was high. the house is quite spacious and very quiet. Cleaning agents were there and generally the place was very clear . It was a little cold - but that's just Cuenca.

A great place to stay with your family or friends! It's close to the historic center and there are places to shop if you need to. Excellent!! I would definitely go back

Very organized and clean apartment. Easy to get to, the host's directions are accurate. Responded quickly to any concerns and was flexible in the requirements. Very nice, I'll come back whenever I need to.

Had a wonderful overnight stay in Michelle’s lovely place. Great location; safe with security. Only sad we couldn’t stay longer. Beautiful furnishings. Love the windows and hot water showers.

We were very comfortable in Patricia's accommodation, the apartment is very nice and comfortable with everything you need and we had the crib for my baby…. The building is very safe and has a nice children's playground… Patricia was a very good host… a place we will definitely return to… recommended

Everything was excellent with the place, super comfortable, and perfectly located, close to the cathedral but also the party area. My only comment is regarding the shower. It was almost impossible to regulate the water temperature, or it came out boiling water or it was ice water. They should fix that issue. The rest 10/10.
