Your family will have everything nearby in this home located in the center of the province of Murcia. The home is on the first floor and is very bright. In front of the house there is an old washing machine (great acequia where women used to wash clothes). The village is 15 minutes from the town of Murcia, 30 minutes from the beach of Mazarrón and very close to the natural park of Sierra Espuña. There is bar/coffee shop and shop about 100 meters away. The bus stop is next to the house.

La Casa del Caballero - Apartment with history

Completely renovated in 2025, this apartment preserves the history of the century-old building in which it is located. The renovation carried out by the architecture studio GÁLVEZ+DÍAZ has managed to recover the original hydraulic pavements hidden under two levels of tiles, restore the balcony doors and the modernist viewpoint of the façade and highlight the solid brick of the original load-bearing walls of the building and its structure of sawn wooden beams.
