The cottage is located exactly 5km from the tram turnstile in block 45. It has a beautiful, well-maintained garden, its own pontoon, a fully equipped kitchen. In the house, as well as in the yard, any kind of parties, celebrations, and loud music are strictly prohibited. Anything you need to know, feel free to ask.
