In the heart of Annecy's old town, but quiet, I've had a makeover. Completely renovated and fully equipped, I will surprise you. I am ideal for a couple, friends or small family (1 couple + children) wanting to discover Annecy and enjoy the lake and mountains. You will discover the essential (and non-essential) shops at my feet, the local market 3 days a week, a stone's throw away, and especially the beaches and the lake 200 m away The train station is 500 m away, and parking is nearby.

Culoz has all amenities within a 2-minute walk of the accommodation. The train station is down the street, a 5-minute walk away.

Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. We have 2 cats , they may visit you, but they are good pasta
