This farm runs sheep & cattle, therefore shearing, lambing, weaning, drenching, draughting, training sheep dogs & horses, are operating throughout the year. Situated on a hilltop with magnificent all-round views of North Canterbury farmland, Gore Bay and the distant Kaikoura ranges, this new self-contained house resides on a small scale organic vegetable farm. This characterful and supremely comfortable abode is double-glazed with a plush 3-seater lounge for taking in the views. There is a cook's kitchen, wood burner, stylish bathroom and outside seating on the deck to check out the speccy evening sunsets. It has wifi and all linen provided.

Handy to local wedding venue 4km away. We can do a drop-off to weddings. Just $100 for 1 person (except peak season), thereafter each person is $45 pp and children $40 (we adjust once booked). Prices are intentionally kept low so anyone can come here. No wifi in this building, however, there is from our nearby.
