Nice place, Clean, good location and worth the money. I had only two comments one as the elevator you need the security guard to give you the access to sometimes it is packed so you have to wait and his car does not work always .

We had a wonderful time in this stunning loft. It almost looks better than the pictures, is very comfortable and has all it needs. The location is also ideal - very central but away from the noise. Many thanks to the owners who were incredibly kind and flexible. Lastly, we booked Mila’s brother as a driver for taking us to Mindo and to the airport. He’s a great guy and we highly recommend his services!

The place exceeded my expectations. Just as it appears in the photos. All comfortable and clean. In the kitchen there was everything you needed (very well equipped) to use, sugar, salt, herbs, tea, etc. Bottled water as a nice touch. I really felt safe and at home, it's a very nice place. The perfect location with a supermarket in front. The hostess is very kind and helpful. If I have to come back to this sector, I'll definitely choose them again.

This is a great space. The pool, soccer field, Basketball court and the playground were great amenities. The guards were super helpful and we felt safe. Claudie was very helpful

Apartment has everything you need. The sauna, steam room and pool were great. No one uses them so you usually have it to yourself

We have been traveling through Ecuador as a family and staying exclusively at airbnbs. This was, by far, the most luxurious and well appointed. Everything, and more, that was in the description, was in the apartment. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, the bathrooms were spacious and spotless, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, the balcony was lovely, the area was extremely walkable and safe with stores and restaurants everywhere. We highly recommend this location.

Hello, my stay was excellent, the location of the apartment is incredible, the place is a reflection of the photos published, the co-host is always attentive to your needs, however, there are two things that should be considered: 1. The pool, the whirlpool (jacuzzi), sauna or Turkish bath: you can use one hour per day (each) and you have to book in advance, but considering that if you go to Quito, it is not your first condition to take into account to stay. 2. Laundry use is charged, $2 per wash and $2 per dry.

Eddna is a super friendly and attentive person, always making sure that you are well. I honestly felt at home. The apartment is very elegant, very clean with everything you need. Without hesitation, when I return to Quito, I would return to Eddna's. A million stars, recommended.

Diego and Monica are remarkably helpful and responsive. The apartment is spacious, calming, extremely clean and has breathtaking views. Walking distance to a plethora of restaurants, the park and botanical garden, and the subway, it's easy to get around. The gym and game room in the first floor are added bonuses. It was great!
