Our Cabin is nestled in the woods of the Adirondack Mountains. The Cabin is behind our family home. We are on a country road close to two towns. Our area offers many amenities such as fishing, hiking, boating, golf, hunting , wine tasting, leaf peeping. The cabin is heated by a wood stove and is the only heat source. “Wood Stove will injure a small child. Fast moving water in brook. Children 7 and up is ok with pre approval. The outside shower is heated, hot water available mid April -Nov.

1 bedroom with 10ft ceilings with lots of natural light. Walking distance to amazing restaurants, craft breweries, walking and biking trails, museums, theater, parks, boating, and skiing. Close to SUNY and CCC campuses and UVM/CVPH hospital. Airport is 5 minutes away. Lake Champlain and boat basin are only a 5 minute walk. Lake Placid, Burlington and Montreal are an hour or less away. Plenty of parking for vehicles and anglers with their boats. Lots of local history to explore.

This spacious two bedroom apartment is centrally located near all major restaurants, shopping and top notch local eateries. Apartment is only one mile to hospital and is in walking distance to Plattsburgh State University. Perfect for Cardinal sports fans and parents as the PSUC Field house is located in the backyard. Large driveway can accommodate boats for fishing tournament guests. Unit is located upstairs with short, wide staircase. Unit is very clean and in safe neighborhood!

Apartment is attached to our house, so we can assist you in any way. Handicap accessible with a no-step shower/no steps to enter house. House is on a quiet street- and bedrooms have room darkening curtains which means a great night’s rest!

Our stay was perfect! We had a wonderful “StayCation” fishing and biking from the property, celebrating a birthday. The cabin was quaint and cozy, with a little rustic side but equipped with an AC. Property was privately situated in design. Hosts were very welcoming and always available . Fully Recommended, Will book again!

Beautiful location on lake Champlain, only 7 minutes into the restaurant & shopping areas and SUNY Plattsburgh . Private house had all cooking utensils as needed (I brought to many from home wasn’t sure if they would supply certain things for cooking) all of my family had a wonderful time want to have this get together next year. This has been one of the best places we have ever stayed. Terry and Larry were great hosts, very proactive in reaching out and making sure we were enjoying our stay. The cottage, while small, was perfect for the two of us. We selected the cottage based on our desire to relax while in VT -- to spend time hiking, biking, kayaking, reading, painting, etc. The location offered excellent space and access to all we wanted to do in VT. The cottage faces east with outstanding lake and mountain views. We turned two chairs around to face out the window and spent hours just looking out, taking in the view, and talking. Perfect! To the extent possible, we prefer to prepare our meals while traveling and the kitchen area (along with the outside grill) provided all we needed to prepare excellent meals (while still enjoying the lake/mountain view). Really a great 10-day stay!

The stay was great! Danielle and David made sure we had more than enough when we were staying there, and checked in frequently to make sure the stay was as comfortable as possible! They were extremely responsive and friendly throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend it. The space was really cute!

Perfect for what we needed it for! Unexpected visit up for a few days w our little family of 5. Easy to find, cute spot, worked quite well. She checked in before our trip and before we left. We all felt relaxed and would definitely rent again!
