The AP is well located, a few meters from Cumbuco beach, a place of peace and tranquility. The structure is very good, it has all the kitchen items, TV in the living room and bedroom, everything very clean, organized and beautiful. I will definitely return to this apartment on my next trip to the coast of Ceará. Adriana is very helpful and responds quickly to clarify questions.

Kitchen with all the utensils, I thought it was very good. 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 adults in the living room (sofa bed) . Facing the beach , I found a maximum. Giant Pool, Good Gym, Children's Leisure Area. super safe place.

It also gave us great suggestions of nearby restaurants, which was a difference. The apartment was in perfect condition, with a well-equipped kitchen and all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The room was comfortable and cozy. Our stay was quiet and no problem at all. I highly recommend it for sure!

We love our stay. The place is much more beautiful than the photos, quiet beach, family condo. Adriana and Bruce were great and respond very fast. There was a small problem with the air conditioning of the suite that was quickly resolved and solutions created, which we understand to be super normal, because unforeseen things happen. Everything was very good. Very nice place. Right on the sand. The condominium has an exit to the beach. Super cool beach. Location close to local markets and restaurants. It was all good.

The house is exactly as advertised. I traveled with young children and the available structure served me super well. From the kitchen structure, washer and TV with streaming. The various pools (shallow as a water mirror), in front of all the houses, make it very easy to care for children. For those who like quiet is very worth it. After all, there is no trade or beach tent in the vicinity. Factor which can be a limiting as well. But there are solutions, such as markets, pharmacies and food apps that deliver. An important point is communication with the host, which in addition to responding quickly, sought to meet all the demands I have given to them.

Excellent stay, very cozy apartment, beautiful decor, wonderful beds, which makes it even difficult to leave the house, it's so cozy. We got a rainy week and it was great, I binged on TV series and movies, getting very comfortable. The pool is great, my son had a lot of fun, on Saturday there is recreation for the children, the Center is close, we even went by municipal collective "bora de graça" to the beach. It was almost ten days of a lot of enjoyment, a well-deserved vacation and feeling at home, only by the sea... my family and I were very satisfied and grateful... Pepe and Nildes did a great job on this apartment..

We were 2 adults and 2 children staying for 7 days in mid-January 2025. At all times Jarbas was very helpful, polite and clarified all doubts. The leisure area is great, with clean swimming pools, an impeccable garden, and very polite and helpful staff. Beach access is safe and entrance through the concierge as well. We felt good about the condominium policy. There is a restaurant and pool bar. Excellent food We went to Morro Branco, Praia das Fontes, Porto das Dunas beach, Sabiaguaba dunes, Lagoinha beaches, Flecheiras, Praia do Futuro and Mercado Central. We rented a car and felt safe the whole time, the city is wonderful, with good and signposted roads. We were sorry to have to leave. Very peaceful environment
