Casa Phuket is located in a residential condominium in Cumbuco with 24-hour concierge and direct beach access. There are 550 m2 divided into 6 comfortable suites that accommodate up to 16 people (visitors only previously negotiated). Private pool and full deck. Bands, karaoke, parties, or loud noise are not allowed. Ambient sound is allowed only through the house's sound system and until 10 p.m. (65 decibel limit). After 10 p.m., no loud noise or conversations are allowed outdoors.

With a great location on the beach of Icaraí- Caucaia/Ce, 3 minutes from the sea, close to supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, gas stations and close to Cumbuco beach, Lagoa do Banana, Lagoa and Meds restaurant. Ideal for relaxing with your family. The condominium has a swimming pool, deck with barbecue, and a playground for children.

Our house is quite big, just 2 blocks from the beach, 3 minutes drive to the Cumbuco Village. Ideal for kitesurfing, with spacious garden and beautiful lawn and fruit trees. Parking available for more than 8 vehicles. In addition to the large house, there is an auxiliary room with refrigerator and 2 beds next to the pool. We have a housekeeper who can help cleaning the house for a small additional cost.
