Access by paved and lighted street; the balcony and bathroom have panoramic views of the beach, mountains and forest. Street access is unique, but access to the apartment is independent, with its own keys. It is 400 meters to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend walking, the streets are safe and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for breakfast or snack. Parking for two medium-sized cars.

Connect to rest in this peaceful and centrally-located place. Casa Sol is a delight! Beautiful, airy, lovingly planned down to the smallest detail. The spacious and airy en-suite has a king-size bed and a single bed. The full bathroom is spacious and comfortable. Beautiful cottage, novissimo, located 22 km from the city of Paraty. 1 double bed and one single bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 sofa bed, full kitchen, salamander and a beautiful room overlooking the lake. Easy to access asphalt only 300 meters from the Cunha-Paraty road. Lots of privacy, ideal for resting in the midst of nature with comfort and safety. The property is quite large with plenty of lawn, flowers, trees and birds. Very nice wifi internet. Not not 4G signal.
