On its floor we find a living room, kitchenette, double bedroom and a bathroom. This refuge is located in front of the Ola de Sirena, an exceptional spot for water sports such as KITESURFING, WINDSURFING, SUP and SURFING, among others. Note that there is only Wom signal (good) and Entel (a little). It is 14 km from downtown Cureñipe to the south. QuiLicura el Rey Sector. Pets are allowed. YOU MUST GO BY VEHICLE (preferably not so low, as there is a dirt road) WE DO NOT HAVE cats or dogs. If you see any wandering around; most are abandoned IN CASE you want to adopt them.

It is cozy, quiet and practical. We are 5 minutes by car from the town, and 8 minutes from the nearest beach. Central between Buchupureo and Rinconada, 2 epic surf spots.
