House exactly as described. The neighbors are close, but the area was quiet and peaceful. The town is adorable and has some great restaurants. Super close to the ocean/beach with amazing views. The beds are super comfortable and the house has all the amenities. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great. We would stay here again.

Everything was just as stated in the booking. The kitchen was stocked well. The beds were comfortable. It's a nice, cozy home. We had beautiful weather in Brookings.

Wow what a find, right across the ocean! Not only a view but a very clean cute cottage with so much room. Really cute back yard and a front patio with a fire pit and barbecue. I most definitely would stay there again

Great stay for a multi family vacation in Brookings. Bedrooms set up for various ages and lifestyles. Navigating from the deck to the riverside could use minor improvements for older visitors but beautiful once you get down there. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous Stay! Clean throughout, comfy beds, modern decor and responsive host. Some very nice details like step stools and scooters for toddlers and portable speaker, lots of pillows and full length mirror for adults. The neighborhood is welcoming and strolling to the beach was a comfortable distance. The TV was tiny for the room and would be worth an upgrade. Overall, very welcoming with personalized details of local attractions and a nice patio with lush plants. We will book again!!

For a dog-friendly rental the place was extremely clean which we always appreciate. Beautiful views, close driving distance to many beautiful areas and local grocery/restaurants. Thank you!

Amazing place!! It’s right by the river and very easy to get to. They had necessities there like shampoo and conditioner, as well as a goodie basket if you were to bring a pet. spotless when we walked in not a speck of dust. The only thing is the mattresses were a little to hard for our liking , but that is out of their control.

We love this peaceful place and have so enjoyed the beautiful surroundings! We have loved staying here for our second time and both times felt so rejuvenated! Thank you again for providing such a serene and inviting place!

Was great view and location, could have been cleaned a little better, but over all great experience.

The space is very peaceful and quiet! Great views of the hills above Harbor. Very nicely appointed and stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils and the basics. Very clean with very nice touches! Finding the property was a challenge, but once I figured that part out, it was easy to navigate afterward. The stairs are a feat at first, but you get used to them.

Super cute little place. We stayed in Unit 7, which had an additional daybed to accommodate our party of 3. The space felt a bit cramped with three adults but it was completely manageable given that we were only staying one night. Patrick was super friendly and gave us a tour of the grounds. When he noticed that there were only 2 coffee mugs in the cupboard in the room during the tour, he went out of his way to make sure he got us a third mug ASAP. The missing mug really wasn’t a big deal to us, but it felt like a good example of his hospitality. The bathroom was small but it had a heat lamp and the water pressure was good. It was also stocked with everything a traveler could need. Having coffee on the deck the next morning while watching the ocean was so nice. Super pleasant experience.

We were looking for a location near the beach, within walking distance and this spot was perfect. Our side window looked directly over the ocean. Heaven! I loved all the little things Susan did to make us feel at home. At check in we had bananas, granola bars, microwave popcorn and coffee available. Inside our unit she had pancake mix, syrup, coffee and tea available. We felt like we stepped back in time with what appeared to be a former motel turned into individual rental units fully equipped with a kitchenette and back porch. Susan’s detail to lovely decor similar to my mom’s 70’s home was endearing. If you’re not looking for glammer and glitz but a comfortable, affordable beach front stay, this is a perfect spot.
