My guest space is a small, private room (11x7, not incl bathroom) attached to the back of my house. The room has a private entrance off the backyard with an attached private bath. I offer keyless entry. Guests can enjoy the attached deck off the room and relax in a peaceful yard. The room is a burst of color to contrast with the gray days in Humboldt. The room is a short walk to the zoo and several restaurants. Old town is a quick drive.

We are walking distance from everything the best grocery stores, restaurants also Arcata community forest and Marsh Winter heating is limited. Indoor temperature averages around 65 to 75f two wall heater provided. This is intentional and disclosed. Please do not book if yourequire hotel self thermostat.
