Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Cuyahoga County

The most beautiful place for a peaceful getaway, feels like home and so clean and nice. Lots of things to do around and good restaurants. Friendly host with clear instructions on how to get inside and what to do for checkout! Had the best weekend at this beautiful home.

Stayed at Adam and Alicia's place for my son's graduation. It is relatively close to Case Western campus (20-25 min drive), but - unlike the area around CWRU - is very quiet and relaxing. We were out a lot during the day for various graduation festivities, but it was a nice spot for our family to come back to in the evening, cook dinner, and hang out. Even though it was rather windy, we we still made a point of getting outside to sit on the patio or stroll around and watch the lake - birds, boats, and a very nice sunset. The hosts were very responsive; we had a problem in the beginning (no towels), but it got fixed very quickly after contacting the hosts.

This home had an amazing location. There were 4 of us with 4 dogs so already the pet accommodation was better than everywhere else nearby. Lake Erie was less than a mile walk away so we were able to walk the dogs and get some energy out while simultaneously enjoying the views and getting some great photos! The Haunted House Restaurant is only 20 minutes away and was delicious and a great experience! Finally the next morning we walked to a diner across the street for breakfast which was fantastic! Holly had plenty of board games available, candy treats, and dog treats. She communicated very well and was very polite. Overall, if you want to check out Lake Erie and the local shops and restaurants, then this property should be a serious consideration!

If you stay is Diane's wonderful home, you will return even if to stay in her home again. Next time will be our fourth visit.

Cute downstairs apartment in a triple style home. Mary was very responsive. No complaints outside of the bed in the main bedroom being terribly uncomfortable. It sinks in the middle which that it’s difficult to have two full grown people sleep comfortably.

We loved staying here! The star wars theme was awesome - very kid friendly. Neighborhood was very peaceful and safe. Great location

What a cozy, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay! I was staying at Shoshana‘s place because my house, which is in the same neighborhood, was undergoing some work. Her house was spacious and comfortable. It was almost like being at home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I slept very well. The bathroom was fine except that I am a very short person (4’11”) and I could not reach the pull cord for the light which was above the sink. Plenty of towels and toiletries were available. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. lots of spices and basics like oil, salt and pepper. My only problem with the kitchen was that the light is also on a pull cord. Not something I would want to discover if I was there in the winter and traveling alone. Shoshana was very responsive to some random messages I sent.i would gladly stay again. Needless to say, I felt safe in the area. Lots of restaurants down on Coventry and many more in the area as well. Enjoy!

Todd and Melinda are among the most thoughtful hosts I've ever encountered. They offered flexibility with check-in and check-out, stocked the apartment and refrigerator with snacks and beverages, and were all-around pleasant, kind people. I was there in the spring, so I got to see the amazing irises Melinda grows in their beautiful backyard. The town is charming, and the apartment is in easy walking distance. I walked in for morning coffee which I drank next to the waterfall for which the town is named! Fantastic space, highly recommend. I have friends in the area, so I may be back.

My son and I stayed there for a little family reunion get together. We were 10 minutes from my family. Apartment the apartment was so cute. The area was really nice and quaint. The best part was coming back home and sitting on the balcony. And just enjoying the neighborhood.. it was really hard to leave. There are a lot of stores and places to eat and walking distance. A melting pot of history in that area. Even if you wanna go downtown, you could take the train. The station is maybe five minutes away. Great place. Not the hosts fault at all, but parking is difficult in the area. Signage is not very clear and we got towed. You can only park on one side of McKinley.

This Condo was beautiful definitely looked like the picture. The location is great everything is walking distance. The view of lake erie was so pretty. I really enjoyed my stay and cant wait to go back

Host Mama’s place was fabulous! The house had everything we needed and more. It’s in a perfect location close to everything. Host Mama was kind and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Fun space that was in a perfect spot for a show we were going to at the Roxy / Munhall’s. The apartment was walkable to many other businesses in the area. The host kindly left us small surprises, like great snacks and a coupon to the restaurant directly under the apartment (highly recommend taking advantage of it, great burritos there). We would definitely love to stay again if ever in the area!

I stayed at Brian’s place for a few nights where I attended a concert at Huntington Bank Field. The area is very nice and close to many restaurants. Only a short uber to downtown Cleveland! The unit was very clean and I loved the aesthetic! Communication was super easy and parking was easy as well. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

My family and stayed at Kyle and Alo’s house for one night and LOVED it. Wish we could have stayed longer! The rock n roll theme was perfect for our family. We loved looking at all the special touches from the 45s on the steps to the unit, to all of the pictures and mementos throughout the unit. Plenty of room and comfortable beds and a nice kitchen. Highly recommend!

My husband stayed here for a trip to celebrate his retirement, it is a neat and perfect condo centrally located in downtown. We tried to fit in as much as we could in three and half days. We walked to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and it was fabulous- a must see!! Also, walked to a baseball game one night, beautiful park. Visited the art museum and botanical garden, and West Side Market. As far as food, Dante for Italian was delicious, Blue Point Grille which is right across the street from this place was awesome. and Johnny's Little Bar and grill for the best burger, right around the corner also. Stephanie was the best to communicate with, she suggested things to do and we did almost all of what suggested, cant wait to return. Thanks for the best time!

Perfect location, right in the heart of Downtown Cleveland. Very convenient if you’re here to explore the nightlife.

The host was super kind and welcoming, and the place was clean and just as described. I really appreciated how easy check-in was and how responsive she was throughout the stay. Just a heads up — there is a train nearby that can be a bit loud at times, especially at night, but overall it didn’t take away from the experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing little place to stay, perfect for our mini vacation. The area was super walkable and parking was easy to find. The condo had all the amenities you could need and as a bonus the water pressure was great. I would definitely book again.

Great location for us. Reasonably close to where we were going. It allowed us to avoid traffic. Unit is exactly what you expected based on the pictures. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Tanesha is a wonderful host. I hope we’re lucky enough to stay there again for our next visit.

A wonderful place to land for a few days...or even longer! All the amenities one might need to feel right at home. Clean, clean, clean! Comfortable furniture and bed. Right downtown and blocks from the Cleveland Browns stadium. At least 5 5-star restaurants are located right on the same block! Beautiful walk down to Lake Erie! Highly recommend.
