The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

Electricity is limited -solar panel. You have a boat on the river (Sharka) available, it is inside the cottage. The fireplace is in front of the cottage. The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
