House with modernist furniture, very cozy and complete. Newly renovated. It has 3 complete en-suites with air-conditioning and a bathroom. Living room and balcony with barbecue and lunch and dinner tables. With fireplace and swimming pool. The garden is delightful with palm trees and beautiful landscaping. The house has a view of nature in the back. Small street very close to the beach. There is 1 bicycle for guests in the house. 2 well-behaved dogs up to medium size allowed. There are sheets, pillows and towels in the house.

Unique house designed over an old restaurant with a floor area of over 120m², spacious rooms, with lots of ventilation and bathed in natural light. Suitable for longer stays, kitchen with 14-place dishwasher, ground floor patio with modest lighting for moonlight bathing. On a 720m² property, located 400m from the beach, with lots of privacy and views framing the Serra do Mar. Ground floor and white tower, intended for technical and service areas, not a usable area.
