Apartment holiday rentals in Da’an District

I came here straight from the airport after a 13 hour flight. The communication was excellent. This unit is in a tall skinny modern building, when you get out of the elevator it’s just your apartment there. I am a woman traveling alone and It felt very secure! I loved the view of the trees along with the city out of the bedroom window. I felt like I was a treehouse! When I arrived the host gave me a speedy but thorough orientation of how to use the elevator, laundry room, air conditioning, and kitchen. I felt full prepared. The A/C and the WiFi both worked great for me while I was there. The location was really excellent. A short walk to Xinyi Anhe station on the red line which is the main line I needed for everything. Thanks very much for an excellent stay! I would stay here again!

We travelled Dec3-9 2024 and contacted way ahead for reservation. As a travelling extended family of 8, we are meticulous on the facilities and strategic location of the Home stay. We were delighted upon arrival that it matched our expectations or even exceeded. The place is strategically situated in a light commercial and residential area that offered peaceful rest during the night. It is a stone throw away from basic commodities as super markets/wet market, groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, parks, train station and bus stations which benefitted our senior travellers. The Home stay is perfect and cozy with complete basic amenities needed by long stay travellers. The host(KYLIE:)) was more than helpful in addressing our requests, adjustments and even worked beyond a host's function to make our stay comfortable and convenient. She was also lenient in our shortcomings and truly understandable and very active in addressing our concerns. We wont hesitate to stay again on our next visit.

This location of Hsing's place is superb. Right above Taipei MRT line (Exit 1 of Dongmen Station). You can get everything within walking distance 5-10 min. Because the apartment is located at a busy intersection, you may expect some traffic noise during day time. Other than that, everything is perfect as described.

For the location, amount of space you’re getting in this area of Taipei, the price was reasonable. Had a few last minute situations happen, but the host was quick to respond at various points of the day. The pictures were true to what the unit looked like once we got there and the place was well kept unlike a lot of other places which usually show wear and tear on their furniture and appliances. The building has security downstairs as well which gave me a peace of mind. A gem in the heart of Taipei that you wouldn’t want to miss!!

地方寬敞，設施齊備，提供的物品充足，冷氣強勁。 客廳沙發夠舒服，電視有不同頻道選擇。 廚房餐具鍋具乾淨充足，雪櫃夠大也夠冷。 四間睡房都足夠大，床也寬敞。 附近有超市和超商，買宵夜很方便。 距離地鐵站算近，交通也算方便。 溝通清晰，對於不太熟悉台灣的遊客會熱心幫忙。 不過，其中一個浴室算是有問題： -洗澡熱水會突然變冷 -從冷水突然變回熱水會超熱，有點難控制 美中不足的是： -另外一個浴室沒有鉤子掛衣服毛巾 -兩張床褥不夠軟 -其中一個睡房沒有桌子放東西 縱然如此，整體體驗也非常不錯，值得推薦。

Lovely apartment at very reasonable price. Jett is very responsive and friendly host. Super accessible location. Feels like home where all amenities are almost unlimited especially drinking water ! Comfortable stay 👍🏻

Owner was extremely friend and responsive to queries, even helped to arrange transport to airport and provide local recommendations. For the place itself, it’s a cozy space with 3 room and 2 beds each. Beds were very comfy. Heaters was gas powered which the owner will guide on how to change if needed. Toilets had bidets! Comes with washing machine and dryer which is suitable for long trips. 5min walk to Taipei 101 station, rather convenient. Not the cleanest place but acceptable. Overall was a good stay, the fact that H was very helpful and responsive made the stay good.

這是我第一次來台灣，Elsa熱情友好地接待了我，細心介紹房屋和周邊的環境，這裡地段很好，樓下是捷運站，對面是大型商圈，出行實在是太方便了。房屋內部也很溫馨和安靜，有一架漂亮的鋼琴，還有許多關於台灣的書籍。Elsa還給我分享了她個人的台北旅行攻略（關於一些景點、街區、書店等），我很喜歡！只是可惜這次的時間太短，在這的每一天我總覺得時間不夠用（笑）。Elsa也很關心和照顧住客的感受，總是熱心地提供很多實用的建議，推薦她覺得有意思的地方，像朋友一樣^ ^ 總之，我很推薦這裡！

I'm honored to be Jennifer's first guest! She asked me about what I needed and got a lot of things for the apartment. There's a cooking plate and a frying pan, lots of mood lighting and basically everything I needed for my stay. The immediate neighborhood has lots of small shops and is nice.

Interesting, modern space. Was comfortable with large couch and table as well as kitchen. Walking distance to many good places

Ellis es una anfitriona estupenda. Te deja máxima libertad para comunicarte con ella o no, de modo que no te sientas obligada a tener relación con ella mientras estás en su casa, ni ella contigo. De este modo la relación fluye fenomenal. Me he sentido muy cómoda en su casa, y todas las fotos e instrucciones se ajustan a la realidad. La casa está muy cerca de la National Taiwan University, y perfectamente comunicada con todo Taipei. Muy cómodlo. Repetiría sin dudar. 😀

Ryan’s accomodation was easy to check in, and the room was exactly as depicted in the photos! Ryan was an amazing host as well, making sure we had checked in and also providing extra information in advance for the check in! Will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a room with a nice view!

The room, located right above the Taipei bus station, was large enough for two people to spend four nights and five days, and also very clean and convenient. The host was very kind, gave me a lot of detailed directions and helped me check in. I think this is one of the best places to stay for those who want to move around a lot around Taipei Station.

Traumhaft! 🌊⛰️ Infinity-Pool mit Ausblick , top Lage (Meer,Strand, Supermarkt), perfekt ausgestattet mit Musikbox und Beamer + kostenloser Parkplatz. Schade muss man für den Pool extra bezahlen und für den Billardtisch auch ansonsten vom Host super organisiert.

位于桃园生活区，买菜购物快餐都非常方便，居住环境一流，干净整洁，生活设备齐全，入住第一天，就受到房东热情接待，送上小礼物，备有奶茶、小零食、矿泉水，厨具、餐具、烹调配料都有配备，入住十多天，就是家的感觉，以后再到台湾还会选择入住这。

what a wonderful apartment! Great location, extremely walkable, and we were able to get in and out very easily after full days of sightseeing. the place was clean and stocked with lots of toiletries and had laundry in unit. Plus, there was also a gym that was available early in the morning with cardio equipment. And the host was amazing! Shu Chi was super attentive and checked in on us often.
