Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Dai Lai lake

I liked this place a lot. It's spacious, nicely decorated, super clean and has a great view over the lake. It's on a quiet street outside the busy and noisy Old Town, but with a Grab you'll be there in 10 minutes. The area itself has enough to offer as well. The staff and security guard are so friendly and helpful. Tip: rent a bicycle from the place closeby (search for: Hanoi Bicycle Rental). That's the best way to explore Hanoi! :-)

Perfect location, place was great value, host responded to any communication. The stairs/ladder to mezzanine bed could be tricky for someone with reduced mobility or who had too much to drink. It was no issue for me and it is fairly clear in pics. Would stay again.

The room itself is small, but matches the pictures/description, and still can accommodate 2 people comfortably. However, the two major selling points of this place are 1: the location, which is very peaceful at night, and situated next to some cute coffee shops, and 2: the balcony, which offers an unobscured 180° view of the lake & city. I've genuinely never experienced a view this nice from any other airbnb or hotel. Beyond that, the host is responsive, clearly communicates, and was accommodating when we needed a late check out. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice place outside of the main tourist zone in Hanoi

The best room I have ever stayed in! All of the home interiors are very clean and modern. The host was very nice, and communicative although I checked in quite late! Certainly come back here! 💯💯💯

The apartment building is highly regarded and conveniently located near the highway. While the property includes a swimming pool, as noted, there is an additional fee to use it. I mistakenly assumed it was managed by the same agency, but clearer communication on this point would have been helpful. Otherwise, I found the property to be excellent and beautifully maintained. The host was responsive and provided prompt assistance.

We loved our stay at Natalie's place so much we rebooked it on our return trip to Hanoi. The space looks exactly like the pictures and Natalie was a very responsive and friendly host. Bathrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The place is a little hard to find as it sets back from the street, so be sure to follow the Google Map instructions. Friendly security guard let us in even though we came after hours. It's a great apartment to stay at if you are looking to be away from the main tourist drag. Highly recommend!!!

As a solo female traveller I had a wonderful stay at this place! The Long was super responsive and incredibly helpful, check in was super easy with detailed instructions and pictures. The flat matched the description, the washing machine and dryer was a huge plus. The flat is in a very quiet lane just off the main road - there’s even a fantastic massage place on the same street (highly recommend trying it!). The bed and pillows were lovely and softI had a really night’s sleep. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in Hanoi!

The place is clean, tidy and cute. It’s in a small alley by the lake. Very quiet and peaceful. It may be difficult at first to find the place but look out for their signs and instruction. Overall a great place to stay in Hanoi. Will def recommend this place and stay here again. Don’t hesitate to book it!

I think the reason for traveling is to meet something new. My friends and I were able to have a pleasant trip thanks to the excellent accommodation and friendly hosts on the 3rd floor. In particular, I don't think the host's kindness is too much to emphasize. When I was injured, he reassured me by asking various elements. It was an unforgettable memory for me to talk in the living room with my friends who traveled with me at dawn. We would love to visit this house again someday. I don't know when that day will be, but if it comes, I😆 will be able to check in more competent. Thank you.

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

Great apartment for digital nomads like us: stable internet connection, dedicated workspace, daily cleaning and 2 bottles of water. The apartment had a washer and dryer, which is essential in Asia, ahaha. The location is a bit far from the centre, but there is the Lotte Mall with a cool food court and a hundred shops nearby.

I had a great stay at this property! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions or provide assistance when needed. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth and comfortable stay.

The host is super responsive. My flight kept getting delayed and he was available to receive us even though we got there very late. The place is very nice and spacious and close to downtown Hanoi. Within a 20 minute taxi ride. The apartment is really large and has all thelisted amenities. If I go back to Hanoi, I would definitely stay there again.

The best parts were communication with the hosts, the location, the balcony, how big the place was, comfortable bed and good water pressure for the shower. I would stay there again.

I am very impressed with the space at the Penthouse, which is a very different living experience!
