Holiday rentals with a patio in Dakota County

Our family had a lovely stay of Ryan’s place over the new year. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable for our family of five to spend the week in the twin cities. Our children loved all the great board games, picture books and of course hammock. My husband and I loved the peaceful sauna in Ryan’s backyard. Thank you for being such a wonderful host!

This location was perfect for my travel assignment. It was clean, had the perfect amount of space, and gave me the ability to feel at home while away from home.

Apryl made this stay extremely easy and enjoyable! Anything that I needed was either already supplied or willingly gifted by Apryl! Even when we ran into some plumbing issues she was super helpful and efficient in making sure the place was good to go as soon as possible! I had my dog with me and numerous times she went out of her way to make sure he had treats and a cozy bed to sleep on while I was away at workouts. I would 10/10 recommend this place as it’s a quick trip to downtown Minneapolis and only a few blocks from the interstate! Apryl was a great host for many different reasons, and if I am ever back I will definitely be looking to stay again!

This loft truly was cozy! It was immaculately clean, had lots of charming touches, and was quite comfortable. In spite of a busy main street, we were never bothered by noise. The loft was very conveniently located to everything we wanted to do...1 block to the Cannon Valley trailhead, 1/2 block to Nick's Diner, and acress the street from a great antique store. The host was extremely responsive with a minor issue we had with the TV (we are NOT techy.) She is such a kind and friendly woman. We would definitely stay here again, should the occasion arise!

Quiet and clean, a nice place to stay.

Nice place to stay while in the cities nice view, was very convenient for my stay. Nice neighborhood close to gas station and other stores fair price for what is provided and good communication from host, I would recommend this Airbnb.

Beautiful house, great location, friendly host. Great for kids -- air hockey table, games, and space. Spacious kitchen. Only thing to know is that one bedroom is a bit separate in basement so better for somewhat older kids or adults. And only one bathroom (except small toilet in basement). Living room is sunny and bright, design is lovely. Great spot for a group!

Aaron is an exceptional and responsive host. A couple unexpected issues arose on the first day and Aaron was proactive, responsive and professional and resolved the issues quickly. The home is immaculate and it’s clear the host takes great pride in guests having a great stay. I highly recommend Aaron’s place and would stay there again.

The place was perfect. Right in downtown Prescott. Walking distance to all the restaurants that are in town. All the restaurants she listed were great. The house was absolutely charming. All beds even the sofa bed was comfortable. Plenty of bedding for every room. Furniture is all up to date. It’s nice to have a washer and dryer available to do our clothes as needed. Another big plus was she reached out to me the day before and was kind enough to let us check in early which I didn’t even ask for. So thank you Wendy. After early flight it was nice to lay down for a moment.

Our bachelorette party had a wonderful time at John-Lukas's place! We used the kitchen frequently and utilized the space effectively. We enjoyed the hot tub, and it was a good entertaining area for 11 people! John-Lukas's communication was spectacular and helped us with AC! :) I would recommend booking this house!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay with our extended family at this property. The spacious house was perfect for our gathering, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. We especially loved watching the comings and goings of hundreds of Canadian geese, trumpeter swans, bald eagles, herons, and other birdlife from the large picture window in the main room. I've never seen anything like it! Staying here in the winter, we especially appreciated the working fireplace, which made the common area feel warm and inviting; a perfect spot to gather and spend time together. The fully equipped kitchen made preparing family meals easy, and the large dining table was perfect not only for sharing meals together but also for playing games afterward.

We had a great stay at Joanne's place. There was plenty of room and cozy, the sauna was very relaxing after a 12 hour shift. The decor felt like stepping back in time and the record player was a nice touch. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area again.

This was our second year staying at this home in South Minneapolis, and it continues to be a great fit for us. The location is ideal—quiet neighborhood, easy access to parks, local shops, and public transit, with plenty to explore nearby. The house itself is comfortable and well-kept, with everything we needed for a productive remote work setup. We appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi and peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it’s been a solid base for working and enjoying the city. We’re likely to return for our next trip.

What a charming little space! From the velvet couches to the wall art to the kitchen towels, this airbnb is filled with charm and whimsy and decorated to delight. It had everything we needed and is located in one of our favorite Mpls neighborhoods, walking distance from ie, one of our favorite restaurants. Sanna and Nick are super responsive (and love the neighborhood as much as we do)-- they shared their suggestions for things to do and see and eat and we felt well cared for.
