Really lovely home. Well stocked and nice details like luxurious towels and soft sheets. Everything was labeled and well-organized. Very comfortable and great space for a family. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved the huge bathtub!

Great place to stay in Woodbridge! It’s a nice neighborhood and very easy driving distance to various stores. Kim was very welcoming and always has good recommendations for what to do in the area!

The spacious apartment is a perfect retreat. Parking spot, plush couch, comfortable bed, workspace, nice bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Everything I needed!

We were there for a high school graduation on the marine base so it was a great location for getting to the base. You can’t really see the house from the road because there is a house in front of it. The cottage itself is very comfortable and is every bit like the photos show. We would definitely stay again.

This private little house at the end of the lane was quiet, peaceful, easy to care for, and pristine. There were full amenities, more than we expected. Virginia was helpful and responded quickly. We hope to visit again!

A group of four of us stayed over a weekend for the LIV golf tournament is Gainesville, VA. The house was pretty easy to find and located in a great central area. Directions to the house and check in instruction were clear. The home was clean and everything worked well. It felt like a mix of an old homey cabin with modern features. The overlook of Lake Jackson makes for a peaceful and calm atmosphere. Each morning we enjoyed a cup of coffee while overlooking the lake and listening the wildlife. Even saw a few bald eagles flying over the lake. Overall, our stay was great and Karen was helpful and responsive with any questions/requests we had. 5 out of 5 would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Shafia’s place! We enjoyed the area and rode the Metro from the Franconia Springfield station into DC. This was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for us. (Girls’ Trip!) We visited AmThai close by, Mount Vernon, Mount Vernon Inn Restaurant, The Library of Congress (tickets in advance), Zaytinya (reservations), the National Portrait Gallery, Virtue Feed & Grain (reservations), Old Town Alexandria, Old Town Books, the Swiss Bakery nearby, Barca (reservations), and Tous Les Jours Bakery & Cafe. We stayed at Jennifer's place when we came down for my son's graduation at Quantico. It was so convenient to be so close to all the activities that were held on the base. Her place was clean and accurately depicted in the listing. Jennifer was very responsive and quick to suggest solutions to any of our questions. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at her place again in the future.

The place was great! Very clean and comfy for a great price! Chet was a very effective communicator and made sure that I had everything I needed! Would gladly stay here again.

My family had a very pleasant stay. The house was clean, kid-friendly, and comfortable. My sons had a fantastic time on the half-pipe!

Grateful for the chance to stay at her place. She took take of us, we came with our 9 month baby and she even put toys around for her. She provided everything we needed and more (an extra space heater!) Very spacious basement, great view, very quiet. Def will stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay! He’s super friendly and responded quick anytime I needed help finding something in the home. The house is so beautifully decorated very high tech as well which made me love it even more. You can dim the lights, there’s a control to put the curtains down, controls to move the tvs down as well, overall very modern, cute and was everything he described. 5 stars! I had absolutely no issues with this say whatsoever and I’ll definitely be booking again. I totally recommend for anyone who’s unsure, just book it it’s so worth it.
