Quirky light spacious 1 bed flat

On the top floor of a beautiful Victorian mansion block, amidst the trendy restaurants & bars of Dalston - tucked away on a side street, full of natural light and plants this is a great base to explore from + a place to retreat to and relax!! The self contained lounge transforms into a comfortable second bedroom with a double futon bed (with a deep, comfortable mattress). Or pull down the black out blinds and charge up the projector to make a great cinema room! 1 or 4 people, its a fab!

Cosy quiet Dalston room

I had the pleasure of spending the weekend at Sinead's wonderful apartment. The place is in a great location; close to the hussle & bussle of Dalston but quiet, with minimal disruption. It's also impecably presented, homeley & comfortable, suiting my needs perfectly. Communication before & during my stay was fantastic. I arrived 30mins earlier than intended but Sinead was very welcoming & friendly, taking me through everything I'd need to know during my stay. I didn't see much of her after check-in due to my plans, but any queries were responded to swiftly. For future guests: I packed a towel but it wasn't necessary as a couple were provided. I didn't see this on the itinerary, so this will need to be updated. I'd happily stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Beautiful room with a gorgeous ensuite bathroom in a house full of character. Great, central location in one of my favorite East London neighborhoods, with many cafés and restaurants in walking distance. Well connected via Hackney Downs and Hackney Central Overground. I had an evening flight and Alison was very accommodating and allowed me to store my luggage for a few hours after checkout

We enjoyed our long stay. Everything was as expected. The best for us was the proximity to the train station. We used it everyday for adventures into the city. We also liked the walkability of the neighborhood. Nearby there is a laundrette, wine shop, and a few good pubs that we frequented.

Stéphan was a really great host, and was very flexible in term of check-in, even when we arrived at 10pm. He left us some chocolate, fruits and pains au chocolat for breakfast, which was a very nice touch! He also gave us some recommendations of places to eat in Dalston. I highly recommend staying at his place!

Ariella was such a great host, really friendly. I had great conversations with her and she also recommended me fantastic places according to what I was looking for. The place was very clean, comfortable and somehow very warm, something I've never experienced in a home in London haha! Ariella left a small fan to help me cool down at night and sleep in peace. The bedroom was spacious and had a wonderful view. As the place is close to the overground station, I could hear it when I left the window open, the sound was blocked once the window was shut. I had a great time and it was a treat to stay over :)

This is a really lovely place - peaceful location with so much natural light throughout the flat, which is modern and homely. I had a really restful stay, Masha is a great host - very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!
