My little house is an affordable overnight stay with ideal location. Turn off and find the home at the back of my house. A private wooden deck around the house provides a nice patio and if you feel like barbecuing, there is everything you would need. What do you want to visit? Österlen? Copenhagen? Lund? Malmö? Hven? The property is located 800 m from train station, ten minutes walk from golf course and 250 m from ICA store with generous opening hours. The tiled bathroom comes with a shower and toilet, fridge and Micro, of course .

On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

There is outdoor furniture and possibility to barbecue. There are also chargers for electric cars that can be borrowed at a cost. Five minutes walking distance to both shop and pizzeria. 7 mins from the E6 freeway. About 1 mile to the nearest town, Landskrona, where there are nice swimming areas, shopping and much more.

The cottage is just right for two people, the bed is a comfortable double bed of 180x200cm. In the small kitchenette, you can cook simple dishes on two hobs and a microwave. The patio has a lounge area as well as a dining area and barbecue. Parking for two cars. If you want to fish, the place is ideal for sea trout fishing.

The house is in a quiet and culture protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free but COSTS SEK2/hour 24/7. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is about 74 sqm, divided into a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which is a sofa bed. The farm is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.
