Family friendly villa, Quiet area 10 min from Stockholm and 5 minutes from beach Our Villa is 180 square meters that sits on a property of 1,500 green and lushus square meters. It has a spacious terrace; and is suitable for a maximum of Six people (if two adults share the 180cm bed and two share the 140) The garden is spacious and contains a swingset, slider, trampolin (with safety net) and a hamock in the shade. I am very responsive of emails and phone. Extra beds can be solved if of interest

Cottage close nature. 15 min to Sthlm. Up to 4 ppl

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Right next to recreational forrest trails, golf course, bike tracks and beautiful lake Edsviken. Perfect for commuters, single travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

Fantastic place with lots of space close to the city and archipelago! Large fenced garden with bbq and patios. Located next to a nature reserve. Within walking distance to running tracks, football pitches, swimming area and training facilities. Near cozy square by the water with shops, cafes and restaurants. Just ten minutes to Stockholm City by car or commuter train, one of the world's most beautiful capitals, with a wide range of cafés, restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Detta familjevänliga boende ligger i ett lugnt område med närhet till flera bad, golfbana, skog och hav samt bra kommunikation till Stockholm.(15min) Boende: Fyra sovrum med plats för 6-8 personer, arbetsrum och wifi finns. Tre badrum varav ett med bubbelbadkar och bastu. Utomhus: På den stora terrassen finns loungemöbler, matplats i inglasad pergola, utekök med grillar samt jacuzzi. I trädgården finns pool, solsängar, loungemöbler och studsmatta. Några cyklar finns att låna.

Vill ni ta en tur in till stan? Roslagsbanan från Näsbypark station tar er till city (Tekniska Högskolan) på 20 minuter.

This private guest house on the grounds of a larger estate home is available for guests who are looking for a base near Stockholm, the University or perhaps for visiting family and friends in the area. 65 square meters on two floors, the bedroom downstairs opens to a small terrace and the living room and kitchen upstairs open to the garden and a view of the sea.

Our guesthouse is totally independent from the main buildning with private parking and access to the garden. Surroundings with beautiful walking trails in the nature and only 5 min walk to public swimming in the sea either from cliffs with a ladder to the water or a small beach suitable for smaller children. Two bicycles available to rent during your visit.
