The home is in a gated private community with 24 hour security and connected to the Placencia Resort located directly across the street. Guests staying at the villas have access to the resort amenities including beach, pool and restaurants.

The Little House

Our charming Casita has its own deck where you have a view of the waterfall, and all of the amenities including a kitchenette well-equipped with a stove-top burner, small fridge, coffee maker, and all cooking implements. There is also a full private bathroom. Beds in the main bedroom can be arranged into two single beds or turned into a King. A double pull-out futon is available in the main living room.
