Castle holiday rentals in Danube River

Traumhafter Ort mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung und insbesondere die Küche. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Der Garten wird sehr liebevoll gepflegt, der Pool ist ebenfalls top. Der Thermalpark um die Ecke und die super Restaurants kann man nur hervorheben. Wir waren schon so oft am Gardasee, es ist schon eine Schande, dass wir hier bisher nicht gewesen sind. Unsere kleine Tochter war unheimlich traurig, als wir die Heimreise antreten mussten. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

A unique and beautiful rustic property, perfectly stocked with everything for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The property location is truly remarkable with outstanding views across Lago di Ledro. Local amenities are plentiful and easily accessible with activities galore and restaurants and cafes aplenty. Our party would recommend every single aspect of our holiday, and a vast amount of that recommendation is due to the wonderful La Dianella, our home for the holiday.

Unbeatable location, literally 2 minutes walk from the subway station, 7 minutes walk to the Duomo. Meanwhile it’s super quiet once you come inside. The apartment is spacious, functional and comfortable. Highly recommended for families

If i could give 20 stars, it would not be enough to state what this Torre Riva is all about! Peaceful, private, quiet, ancient, historic! Perhaps the most remarkable place we've stayed! The village below is quiet, the townspeople are friendly. The entire area is a picture. You will feel history. Mario is an absolute genius with how to send the baggage up. The renovations that he continued with, the woodwork! The way up, is only the best part...get in shape. The village is worth the walk within all the alleys. A picture at every step. Sehr schönes Anwesen ! Wir hatten eins der 4 Appartements gebucht und hatten das grosse Glück, dass die anderen 3 Appartements nicht gebucht waren! So hatten wir das ganze Anwesen sowie das Schwimmbad für uns alleine was natürlich super war. Aber auch wenn das nicht der Fall gewesen wäre, gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Das Appartement und Anwesen entsprach der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Margherita und ihre Schwester Chiara haben uns auch Restaurant Tipps gegeben! Margherita hat schon vor Anreise immer schnell und freundlich auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und dies hat während dem Aufenthalt auch nicht geändert. Chiara spricht auch französisch was für uns sehr hilfreich war. Eins der wenigen Unterkünfte in der Gegend von Cagli die unseren 3 Hunde akzeptieren, was für uns schon sehr toll ist! Perfect place for the location. Andrea was very accommodating. It is definitely an older building, but everything was in working order and easy to use. It is very clean and is exactly what you see in the listing.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der wunderschönen Villa, inmitten der Natur der Toskana. Gemma hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und über die Besonderheiten, des historischen Hauses informiert. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine stehen zur Verfügung. In der Küche gibt es genügend Utensilien um vernünftig zu kochen. Es gibt 4 Badezimmer, davon 2 mit duschen. Nicht luxuriös, aber hygienisch. Die Zimmer sind groß, generell ist das Haus sehr geräumig. Die Betten könnten erneuert werden, sind aber auch nicht schlecht. Mückennetze wären klasse, damit man in der besonders heißen Saison abends besser lüften kann. Der Pool ist gepflegt und bietet die perfekte Abkühlung. Die Aufenthaltsräume sind groß. Billardtisch und Pool haben uns viel Freude bereitet. Umgebung: Florenz, Sienna und Bologna sind mit dem Auto gut für einen Tagestrip erreichbar. Schöne, anspruchsvolle Wanderrouten sind in der Nähe. Die Bahia Bar ist einen Besuch Wert. Die Zeit verging schnell. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

This is truly a very special place. Was able to have a small family get together in the spacious apartment in an incredible setting. We were able to also sit outside and use the fireplace and grill while enjoying the view Truly a memorable experience

my husband and i travel quite a bit in the alps every year, it was our dream to stay in a castle and it was the perfect to place to make that dream come true. historic, beautiful with all the modern comforts we needed for some rest and relaxation. we plan on coming back and recommending it to all our friends. it’s a perfect stop on the way to walenstadt from italy. it’s the perfect, peaceful place with a great bathtub and kitchen. they even provide espresso & a nice welcome bottle of prosecco. the hosts are super helpful, friendly & respond quickly with any questions. this rental is a real gem

Our family enjoyed a short stay at the castle in Thiene. The rooms we stayed in were beautiful, clean and unique. The surrounding gardens and town are charming. The host, Francesca, was very helpful and accommodating and added extra touches like fresh flowers in the rooms. Recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at “the castle.” The communal kitchen led to a few nice conversations with other guests and the farm store downstairs (with delicious raw milk!) was a total highlight for the kids and us. We’re sure to recommend and will be back!

Tamas’ apartment is an elegant and thoughtful space with everything you need to enjoy Budapest. It’s within a stroll of Déryné , the best splurge restaurant we know, and whose bill we paid with great satisfaction. (They also have a great bakery The apartment is in a very quiet building within a couple of minutes’ walk from many parks, as well as buses and trams that will get you anywhere in the city and outskirts very efficiently, and which are free even for non-EU citizens if you’re over 65. No need for a ticket at all. (Just carry your passport or driver’s license to prove your age if challenged.) Also note that the Airport Express bus 100E gets you to a bus stop downtown which is a 10 minute bus ride from the apartment— and it’s also free for seniors. One more tip: we didn’t take city tour until we’d been in Budapest for a week. We wished we’d taken it on our first day, as there’s so much to learn that will enrich your visit. This is a great place to stay. Book it if you can

Great place for some peace and quiet. The bus stop or river boat to Venice are directly in front if you don't want to drive.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit frischen Eiern und Milch. Die gesamte Gastgeber-Familie ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Altes denkmalgeschütztes Schloss liebevoll modernisiert und renoviert. Sehr empfehlenswert.

The accommodation is simple, however, the friendliness of the town, views and uniqueness of staying in a castle were fabulous. Ludmila was a friendly and helpful host and we had a lovely comfortable stay. We recommend highly.

Posto incantevole !!! Si è subito catapultati in un’ atmosfera nell’ epoca medievale . Riproduzione degli spazi abitativi, della cucina e del ristorante fedelissimi all’epoca scelta. Cucina ottima e con un occhio di riguardo molto minuzioso ai prodotti che si potevano trovare o meno nel medioevo . Personale giovane , attivo, super simpatici e disponibili, abbiamo fatto immediatamente amicizia. C’è anche la visita al castello inclusa nel prezzo e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di fare un giro molto interessante all’interno . Molto consigliato per una giornata di relax, buon cibo e ottima compagnia in un castello medievale, con vista spettacolare. Camera molto spaziosa, confortevole e con forte accento medievale anch’essa , letto super comodo con baldacchino . Un grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff, per l’accoglienza e per il duro lavoro che svolge ogni giorno per far sentire i clienti come se fossero a casa loro . Speriamo di tornare presto !!

Posto davvero bello! Esperienza divertente ed unica per chi come noi ha bambini, spazio per giocare, giochi a disposizione, ambientazione caratteristica. Alloggio dotato di tutti i comfort immerso nelle colline Piacentine. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Consigliatissimo.

Siamo arrivati in questo castello e non credevamo che il nostro appartamento si trovasse la' dentro tanto il posto era meraviglioso. Consigliato per chi ama la tranquillita' e la natura. Il Tirolo e' une zona eccezionale per fare escursioni nei boschi sia a piedi che in bicicletta. L'HOST e' molto gentile e disponibile, abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza e abbiamo dormito tranquillamente perche' la' c'e silenzio assoluto. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!!!

Es war ein toller Urlaub und sehr schöne und ungewöhnliche Unterkunft, die wir sehr empfehlen würden! Alle Angaben und Bilder zu der Ferienwohnung und der Burg entsprachen der Realität. Die Kommunikation, Schlüsselübergabe etc. waren schnell und unkompliziert. Das Einzige was uns etwas Aufregung bei der Anreise gebracht hat, war die Tatsache, dass unser Navi die Adresse nicht kannte und Google Maps einen kurzen, aber sehr steilen Weg anbietet. Es gibt aber einen deutlich entspannteren Weg 😉 Aber das ist ja kein Kritikpunkt an der Unterkunft oder dem Anbieter. Sehr empfehlenswert ist auch der Freibad in Fließ!

Wir haben eine wunderbar abwechslungsreiche Woche Ende August im Salzkammergut verbracht. Die Unterkunft übertraf unsere Erwartungen und es war für uns alle (Familie mit 3 Kindern im Alter 11, 14 und 17) ein Erlebnis auf und um Schloss Wimsbach uns aufzuhalten, zu genießen und umherzustreifen. Adrian ist ein toller Gastgeber, der auch persönlich vor Ort war und viel Tipps für uns hatte. Wir empfehlen einen Aufenthalt als definitiv außergewöhnliches und einmaliges Erlebnis!

Het was schoon toen we aankwamen en we konden makkelijk naar binnen door de sleutelkluis. Erg prettig contact gehad de volgende dag met het personeel bij de receptie over de sauna voor de volgende dag. Restaurant op 20Meter afstand met heerlijk eten en een supermarkt op 10 minuten lopen. Bedden en douche van goede kwaliteit. Al met al helemaal top
