This Airbnb was, without a doubt, the best my wife & I have ever stayed at. The house was spotless, cozy, & perfectly located with breathtaking views of Tuscany—but what truly made it unforgettable was Riccardo & his amazing family. From the moment we arrived, Riccardo went above & beyond to make us feel at home. When our rental car plans fell through, he stepped in without hesitation, becoming our personal driver. He took us grocery shopping, showed us around Chianti, & even drove us to Florence twice. Riccardo was always responsive, kind, & genuinely cared about our experience. We didn’t just find a beautiful place to stay—we found warmth, hospitality, & a real connection that made us feel like family. This stay was worth every dollar & more. A true home away from home. If we ever return to Tuscany, it will definitely be with Riccardo.

Everything was absolutely perfect! ⭐️ Location: Ideal base for exploring Tuscany — you’re right in the heart of it all. Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

The most breathtaking view ! Perfect spot only 10 minute walk to the town of Dervio. Easy to get the Ferry and explore other spots along the lake. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful accommodation! We really liked how the interior and exterior are furnished. I particularly liked the garden. There are many charming corners to discover, with statues hidden in the greenery and small tables. Ideal location to spend a weekend in the countryside relaxing away from the city.

Miss/Mrs.Boba is truly a queen of this castle ! I stayed here with my best girlfriends and we had a total blast ! This place brings the “Fun “ in “girls just wanna have fun “! So Cosy and inspiring! We loved our stay so much! Beautiful house and surroundings :) Borgo Val Di Taro is also a cute village to visit for ice cream, food and a good playground for our small kids! Thanks a lot for everything! We wish to come back in the future!

Amazing clean spacious modern house next to some vineyards in open clean wild but well kept garden on top of a hill overlooking the sudsteiermark hills.. if you want a base to explore the regio and have some peace and quiet, dont look further. Brigita made sure to accomodate every question or requirement

We have been wanting to stay here for years, and it looked so amazing we couldn’t imagine it beating expectations - but it did! We did not realize how much came with a stay here: the pool, the botanical garden, the golf cart to get around, the restaurant, and even a filled fridge of farm fresh food and snacks so we didn’t have to worry about dinner OR breakfast. They taught us the history of the tower and the land and gave a thorough tour of the accommodations. This was our first time in Italy, and Tommaso was so friendly and responsive to tell us what train station to come into to get a taxi. The tower was so cozy and in its own private area. This stay was a dream come true.

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful villa of Smilja. Everything was super clean and although we were only able to arrive late at night, check-in was no problem. We even received a welcome greeting, thank you very much. The contact with Smilja was great - as well as in advance, very fast and very friendly. We liked it all around. The children especially liked the great heated pool and the playroom. And that there was a smart TV in every room ;-). We will definitely come back, we still have some excursion destinations on the list. A rental car/car is definitely recommended, although Privlaka can also be reached on foot. Exceptional host, responds immediately at any time at any request you have in a warm and professional manner. Provides all the necessary details and possible instructions. It is very clean, kitchen with everything. The vibe is magical, you can clearly see the effort and passion put by the host, it is an intimate location, we had a great time and recommend. There are some things to keep in mind: the pictures are 120% compared to reality, keep in mind that you are going to a cottage at the edge of a village not to a luxury resort. The couch downstairs is uncomfortably hard. The tub is not cleaned according to the description, but the water is treated. So treated that it vaguely stings healthy skin and seriously irritates sensitive skin. Tap water smells, we recommend you come with bottled water for drinking and cooking. Smelly cockroaches in the cottage, in 2 days we caught at least 20. At a few hundred meters a house is built, you will hear this but not disturbingly loud.

We absolutely loved this place. What more can I say that hasn’t been said? The view is outstanding. You’re very high up the mountain. One morning we there was low lying clouds above the lake … and we were looking down on it from above the clouds. Clean and contemporary design, with a comfortable bed. You’ll need a car! The garage is very tight, so rent a smaller car. And getting there from Varenna involves a drive up a narrow winding road. It was fun drive … for me, at least.

We were immediately enchanted by this property. Everything here makes up the image that one can have of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. At the top of the hill overlooking the valley, the view is splendid and romantic. The property has been renovated with today's comforts while retaining its soul of yesteryear. You feel good right away, the energy is beneficial, nature, animals, everything is in harmony! The welcome, Oscar's cooking, the superb pool, the shaded terrace, the hearty homemade breakfasts! It's more than a favorite, this place is a gem! We'll be back!

Odina was the perfect spot to relax. Beautiful and comfortable accommodation, wonderful dinners and great communication. Would definitely recommend Odina to people wanting to get away from the city and relax in the countryside.

Beautiful, and peaceful…just the singing of swallows in the morning. Everything you want to wake up to in the morning….a beautiful view, the option of a morning swim, and a baker who delivers. I’d advise getting up with the sunrise and sitting on the terrace with your coffee, the birds and the mountains. Francesca is super flexible and helpful for everything. It’s a few minutes drive from Barga which, although is small, has several excellent restaurants

Please do yourself the favor and book this space immediately. To call the home a palace would be an understatement. As a constant traveler, this is easily the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed at. Perfect view of the Uffizi gallery and river Arno. A 2 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and many surrounding markets and Osteria’s. Frederico is an amazing host and now a good friend of ours. He accommodated us and was super patient when we were checking out. The home is extremely well curated with beautiful works of arts and sculptures. The living room area is a great big space with giant windows that can be opened and marble bath tub and shower. I will be dreaming of returning to see our friend Frederico in Florence very soon. He has a kind soul and was very warm with us. Side note: our favorite restaurant was the Osteria Toscanella. Only a 5 minute walk from the space. Please tell Tony from the Osteria that Richard and Geraldine from Texas say “Hola”!!! Everyone made us feel at home.

Beautiful apartment, great area for bars/ restaurants and easy access to Metro. From start to finish Francesca was super helpful, super response with great recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend!

This place is a little piece of heaven. A real sanctuary... the sauna, hot tub and oh my god, THE VIEWS!!! Lorenzo, the host, was so kind and helpful. He provided us step by step instructions and made sure we had a worry-free stay! We highly recommend booking this Airbnb ❤️

I am mostly a solo traveller. This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in Romania. I’m so glad I found this house. It’s perfect for couples or couples with children or friends. Adrian is great at accommodating as I needed an earlier check-in and also extended my stay for another night. It’s easy to reach via any type of car or even motorbike. So, don’t hesitate and book this!

We enjoyed the stay at Mara very much. A great and very helpful hostess - always available to us and immediately provided everything (cot, high chair). We felt very comfortable (like home)!!! A wonderful break in the immediate vicinity of Lake Garda. You can completely recover from everyday life and explore the landscape and simply switch off. We were there with our 3-month-old daughter and enjoyed the time in the beautiful cottage and the fantastic surroundings - the fields and the large garden, you can't get enough of it! Great walks in pure nature and not far from Lake Garda! We felt very comfortable and will gladly and definitely come back!

Beautiful cabin with even better uninterupted views of an alley that was filled with flowers (we stayed in May and it was spring time). Super peaceful and quiet, close to all the beautiful hikes and few min drive to the “center” or a short nice walk. The cabin is equipped with everything you nead, kitchen has all you need to cook a nice meal at home. Overall 10/10 and we will be booking again :)
