Just great. Really peaceful place outside the crazy center of Casablanca. Really beautiful apartments in private residence with private driveway, lovely gardens, security, swimming pool and walkable less than 2 minutes from the beach. I mean, difficult to equal in terms of similar easy accommodations in Casablanca. Good reasonable price as well. And top easy communication with the owner. Apartments with all facilities. Clean, and no possible complaints. In summary, a truly good choice. Until now, one of best in Casablanca after several times there. thanks Hanaa!

Abdesssamad's apartment at the B Living building was fantastic. A great location straight across from the downtown train station. The old city was wonderful and I enjoyed haggling with the local Moroccan rug proprietor. In the end, I purchased two beautiful rugs hand woven by the women from the Moroccan mountains. This is a gem of a place, great location, and Abdesssamad's communication was fantastic. I would highly recommend this location as it is very safe and walkable. I will be sure to stay here again the next time I visit the beautiful and vibrant city of Casablanca!

The Villa is really nice and well decorated and secure. There are the amenities you need to have a good time with the family. Close walking distance to the beach and small shops no need to take the car. Only small downside if you have light sleep you will hear from time to time roosters and dogs.

This was a proper 5-STAR experience, from start to finish and across the board! Bottomline: 200% satisfied and we will definitely book another stay... here is why: - We booked this villa for a month for our summer holiday in Morocco - I contacted Mr Mehdi before booking as I had few requirements for my little family. Mehdi spent all the time required to explain everything I need. His flexibility and desire to help exceeded my expectations ... so I decided to book J - Mehdi contacted me few times before my arrival in order to make sure that I had all the info needed (for my stay in his villa, but also other helpful tips for my trip in Morocco like car rental ...etc) - ARRIVING to the villa.... we discovered everything we need ... and more ! (even umbrellas, a bike, wifi extender....etc... literally everything we need as if we were at home) - The place is spacious, nicely decorated (modern with a genius Moroccan touch), very clean and ... guess what ... everything works (not even a single faulty lightbulb J ) - The place comes with help/cook which was one of the highlights of the stay: very nice and helpful lady that cooked amazing food and made sure our stay is perfect! - Mr Mehdi was always available during our stay in case we needed something ... and the check-out was as smooth as it can get I can’t recommend this place enough ... great villa, and an outstanding host

We had a great time in this lovely home, with our son and his friends. The kids enjoyed the pool, the outdoor lounge on the porch, the ping pong table and the panoramic room upstairs. We particularly appreciated the calm and the surrounding nature (we met the falcon that nests in one of the hollow trees in the garden). Mohamed Ali was very responsive, accommodating and welcoming. He was proactive in asking us what we would need, and everything was there when we arrived. Mustapha, the caretaker, met us on arrival. He remained available throughout to answer our questions and help us if needed. We will be back with great pleasure, with family or friends.

Good restful stay We had a great time at this villa. The place is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The setting is even more beautiful than in the photos, with all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday. Special mention to the caretaker Omar who was exemplary of kindness and availability throughout our stay. We'll be happy to go back!”

We enjoyed a lovely stay. Big cities like Casablanca and El Jadida were easily accessible by car. The landlady Nezha was always available for questions. The caretaker was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything!

I wanted to thank Naufel for his availability, responsiveness, kindness, and benevolence. A host who is always attentive and ready to help. The apartment looks like the photos, perfectly clean, the location is just great. All amenities are nearby: supermarkets, butcher, restaurants, dry cleaning, bakeries, pharmacy... The residence is very quiet, pleasant and clean and it is monitored 24 hours a day. Everyone is really adorable. I'd love to come back to your place, Naufel! Absolutely incredible stay! This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and the view was just stunning, even better than the pictures. What truly made the experience exceptional was Fayza. She went above and beyond in every way. I mentioned I needed a hair dryer, and Fayza delivered one in under 30 minutes, I was honestly amazed. She was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions, and provided detailed, thoughtful instructions that made finding the place, parking safely, and settling in so easy and stress-free. Fayza even took the time to call and check in to make sure everything was okay after I arrived, that kind of care is rare and so appreciated. I felt completely comfortable, well taken care of, and genuinely welcomed. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and truly well-hosted stay. Great apartment and great host. He was always contactable if anything arose. There is a pool and loungers which are out of view of the road and the public which was very nice. There is also a shop in the residence which was very handy and open late. However, any woman should be careful walking alone at night in this area.

Fahd was a lovely host and the place was fantastic, exactly as described. Fahd met us at the place for check in and showed us around. He was very responsive for anything we needed. Overall a great stay and a wonderful host. We highly recommend. Note: the taxi driver Fahd recommended to us was also lovely and we highly recommend taking him up on the offer to schedule with him.
