Beautifully decorated and modern unit. Secured access and garage. The location is great specially in proximity to key iconic Masjid and short drive from the old city. Even though the neighborhood is a bit older building but you are close to the old city of Casablanca with its old souk and traditional shops and restaurants but not too far from some good places to eat as well. One thing I would have wished is more open view of the city from the unit but that didn’t impact our stay. We were greeted at check-in by Ahmad and Omar who lives at the building and provide help to tenants in general.

Aida’s apartment is cozy and well-kept, showing her great taste. She’s also very helpful and a pleasure to be around.

Just great. Really peaceful place outside the crazy center of Casablanca. Really beautiful apartments in private residence with private driveway, lovely gardens, security, swimming pool and walkable less than 2 minutes from the beach. I mean, difficult to equal in terms of similar easy accommodations in Casablanca. Good reasonable price as well. And top easy communication with the owner. Apartments with all facilities. Clean, and no possible complaints. In summary, a truly good choice. Until now, one of best in Casablanca after several times there. thanks Hanaa!

Had a great visit! The host was very responsive and available, which greatly facilitated our arrival and stay. The accommodation is in a great location, a short walk to the sea and close to all amenities. The residence is quiet and secure, and it is very easy to park in peace. This was a proper 5-STAR experience, from start to finish and across the board! Bottomline: 200% satisfied and we will definitely book another stay... here is why: - We booked this villa for a month for our summer holiday in Morocco - I contacted Mr Mehdi before booking as I had few requirements for my little family. Mehdi spent all the time required to explain everything I need. His flexibility and desire to help exceeded my expectations ... so I decided to book J - Mehdi contacted me few times before my arrival in order to make sure that I had all the info needed (for my stay in his villa, but also other helpful tips for my trip in Morocco like car rental ...etc) - ARRIVING to the villa.... we discovered everything we need ... and more ! (even umbrellas, a bike, wifi extender....etc... literally everything we need as if we were at home) - The place is spacious, nicely decorated (modern with a genius Moroccan touch), very clean and ... guess what ... everything works (not even a single faulty lightbulb J ) - The place comes with help/cook which was one of the highlights of the stay: very nice and helpful lady that cooked amazing food and made sure our stay is perfect! - Mr Mehdi was always available during our stay in case we needed something ... and the check-out was as smooth as it can get I can’t recommend this place enough ... great villa, and an outstanding host

Host is responsive and available and very welcoming. The listing is as described. Very good address to spend a friendly and peaceful time with friends and family. Access to the beach is easy and you can swim a few meters away. I highly recommend this place for a short or long stay.

Thank you Imane for this pleasant accommodation. The living room is really the highlight with its central island. the apartment and bright. and there is air conditioning in every room. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary products: laundry, dishwasher tablets, household products, vacuum cleaner, etc. Great value for the price

Absolutely incredible stay! This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and the view was just stunning, even better than the pictures. What truly made the experience exceptional was Fayza. She went above and beyond in every way. I mentioned I needed a hair dryer, and Fayza delivered one in under 30 minutes, I was honestly amazed. She was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions, and provided detailed, thoughtful instructions that made finding the place, parking safely, and settling in so easy and stress-free. Fayza even took the time to call and check in to make sure everything was okay after I arrived, that kind of care is rare and so appreciated. I felt completely comfortable, well taken care of, and genuinely welcomed. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and truly well-hosted stay. Great apartment and great host. He was always contactable if anything arose. There is a pool and loungers which are out of view of the road and the public which was very nice. There is also a shop in the residence which was very handy and open late. However, any woman should be careful walking alone at night in this area.

I had a perfect stay. The house is located in a safe neighbourhood from where you can walk to the seaside just in 5 min. There is a market nearby and there are nice restaurants cafes. The house was very clean. You can find everything you need. Nawal was quite responsive and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The apartment is spacious and clean, with two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The view is absolutely stunning... overlooking the beach and a large, clean swimming pool. Watching the sunset from the balcony was one of the highlights of my trip. The place is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, making it feel just like home. The gated community is safe and quiet, which gave me extra peace of mind throughout my stay.
