Günstige Studiowohnung f. einen schönen Aufenthalt

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von In Darmstadts grünen Norden gelegene, vollmöblierte, helle und einladende 1 Zimmer Wohnung - "Studio" (Schlaf- sowie Wohnbereich - siehe Bilder), in der man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt, Koffer abstellen und genießen. Es wurde extra günstig gehalten für die Weihnachtszeit. Falls zwei verschiedene Gäste anreisen, können wir auch die zwei Boxspringbetten auseinderstellen oder es bleibt als ein Doppelbett wie auf den Bildern. Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Anreise.

The 50 m² apartment with separate entrance and private parking is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of a field and yet only 300 m to the baker. The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. Pets on request.

Es befindet sich in unserem familiären Haus, in dem wir auch wohnen, ist aber komplett eigenständig. Die private Toilette liegt über den Flur. Zwei Zimmer auf derselben Etage werden von Familienmitgliedern genutzt. Gute Anbindung: 5 Min. zur Tram, 20 Min. in die Innenstadt oder ins Grüne. Laufnähe zur TU Lichtwiese. Parken meist direkt vor dem Haus möglich.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

The loft is located in a picturesque mill estate, with its own small lake and park swimming pool opposite. The apartment was lovingly renovated by us in May 2025. With the wooden beams and the lake view, it offers a cozy atmosphere and the perfect opportunity to relax after a city trip.
