Self contained annex on Dartmoor National Park
We are positioned on the very edge of Dartmoor, with the national cycle path 50 mtrs from the gate and walking distance to the adjacent villages of Yelverton & Horrabridge. The annex is a converted stable block and offers our guests the comfort of a newly developed facility, with kitchenette, sofa area, bedroom space and luxury shower room. The Annex will provide you with all of the comforts of home, while you concentrate on enjoying the beauty of the surrounding area. We are bias, but love it!

Springfield Cottage - Cosy Medieval Hall House
Springfield Cottage is a few steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historic town on Dartmoor. One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! It has all modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wet-room style shower room with under-floor heating. Off-road parking (better suited to small to mid sized cars).

The Old National School is a Grade II listed house, nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Sampford Spiney, located within Dartmoor National Park. Dating from 1585, the house sits in an idyllic spot between the Church and picturesque Sampford Manor. Originally the Church hall, it became the parish school in 1887 until 1923. It was only in the 1960’s that it became a residential dwelling. With its varied history, the house is quirky, with its lovely spacious rooms hinting at its eclectic history.

Our home is set on Dartmoor National Park surrounded by some of the UK’s most stunning scenery. The house is light and spacious with a well kept garden overlooking beautiful Dartmoor. Plenty of parking as well. There are many different walks straight from our doorstep, and many cycle routes. Ten minute drive away is Tavistock an ancient pannier market town. Five minutes walk to the local pub. So many Devon attractions within driving distance and about an hour to Devon and Cornish coasts.

Enjoy a peaceful retreat from the busy modern world in a 14th century farmhouse within Dartmoor National Park. Nattor Farm is perfect for children too and is located right out on the moors. Remote and secluded, it provides an ideal base for walking and wild swimming at Tavy Cleave. The traditional cobbled yard has parking for your car. No TV but complete with wifi, books, games, well equipped kitchen, study, bathroom, two bedrooms, central heating and cosy sitting room with woodburner.

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

The Barn, West Ford Farm
The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

One of a small group of wooden lodges built in a quiet valley on the banks of the river Teign in Dartmoor National park. Woodland walks from the doorstep. Wild birds and flowers, deer,fishing (day/week permit) starry skies. Small play area. The lodge is warm and cosy and well equipped for up to 5 people maximum. A fast road network only 10 mins away gives an easy journey and access to the beaches in South Devon, North Cornwall and the south west of England.
